The assembly includes a radially inner ring including a first filling slot and a radially outer ring including a second filling slot. The first and second filling slots and a radial distance defined between radially inner ring and the radially outer ring are dimensioned to receive the spherical rolling elements. The wire cage includes first and second wires that extend around opposite axial sides of each of the spherical rolling elements in an alternating manner. The first and second wires overlap each other in areas between adjacent ones of the spherical rolling elements, and crimping elements affix the first and second wires together in each of the areas between the adjacent rolling elements.

The ring elements are each formed from sheet metal, and each include axial bulges separated by support surfaces. Ball guide pockets are formed between facing bulging inner walls by joining the support surfaces of the two ring elements. The ring elements are formed in such a way that the bulging inner walls that define the ball guide pockets define a channel cross-section which is concave in relation to a ball and which has an inner and an outer ball contact zone. The channel cross-section has such a depth in a groove base lying between said inner and outer ball contact zones that, when the ball comes into contact with the ball contact zones, an intermediate space remains between the ball and the groove base lying between the ball contact zones.

    摘要: An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft configured to be driven in rotation about its axis, a bearing ring which is eccentric relative to the shaft, and rolling bodies between the bearing ring and the shaft. The rolling bodies have different diameters corresponding to a varying width of a gap between the bearing ring and the shaft. When the shaft is driven in rotation, an eccentricity of the bearing ring revolves around the shaft at half of the rotational speed of the shaft and drives pump pistons to perform a reciprocating movement. A rolling body cage is open between the two largest rolling bodies. The rolling body cage loads the rolling bodies into the tapering gap and ensures that the rolling bodies revolve on the shaft when the shaft is driven.

    摘要: A pressed cage for a ball bearing is particularly suited for use in severe lubrication conditions. The pressed cage arrangement reduces seizure, holds lubricant for long periods, and thus prolongs the life of the bearing. In the pressed cage arrangement, two annular holding plates include ball holders and flat portions that alternate at regular intervals. The holding plates have a first recess (that may be spherical or semi-elliptic) that has a radius of curvature larger than the ball's radius of curvature. A second, preferably spherical, recess, with a radius of curvature smaller than that of the ball, is formed in the first recess. The ball rotates, being supported only on the boundaries between the first and second recesses, thereby reducing seizure. Spaces formed in the second recess, and spaces between the front portion of the ball and the junction between the holding plates, function as lubricant sumps.
