Abstract: A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames. The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.

Abstract: A piston ring may include a spacer or expansion element and/or two segments. The segments may have a radial dimension between approximately 1.50 mm and approximately 1.90 mm and a height between approximately 0.30 mm and approximately 0.40 mm. The segments may have a concave profile with recesses between approximately 0.015 mm and approximately 0.030 mm and a clearance of approximately 0.150 mm. The segments may be wound via a matrix box device and a roller. The piston ring may have a circularity, expressed in the form of a decomposition as a Fourier series, with an amplitude for orders higher than 10 which is not greater than 0.10 μm.

Abstract: A fluid end comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is releasably attached to a connect plate. Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

[Solution] A sealing device comprising an oil seal member and a dust seal member. The oil seal member and the dust seal member each comprise a rigid ring provided inside a shaft hole and an elastic ring attached to the rigid ring, wherein the elastic ring has formed thereon a lip that slidably contacts a reciprocating shaft. The rigid ring of the dust seal member is detachably fitted in the rigid ring of the oil seal member. The sealing device further comprises another rigid ring provided between the elastic ring of the oil seal member and the elastic ring of the dust seal member in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the reciprocating shaft. This rigid ring is detachably fitted in a concave portion formed radially inward of the rigid ring of the dust seal member and reinforces the elastic ring of the dust seal member.-

Abstract: A zero-flow thread-lock quick connect/disconnect coupling having male and female couplers that enhance the fire-resistance capability of the coupling in a zero-flow pressurized state. The couplers include a fire-resistant seal assembly including a seal ring and non-metallic backup rings disposed. A first backup ring is made with a high-temperature non-metallic material and is formed as a delta ring for enhancing sealing performance during a fire event. A second non-metallic backup ring is formed as a half-delta ring between first and third backup rings. The third backup ring is made with a non-metallic material that is softer than the first and second backup rings and which abuts the seal ring. The female coupler includes a bearing ring that operatively connects a rotatable threaded support to the coupler body, a protrusion-slot interface between an actuating sleeve and the rotatable support, and a seal in the actuating sleeve for damping and/or debris-resistance.

Abstract: A ring seal assembly includes a first seal seat, a second seal seat axially abutting the first seal seat and two or more seal rings located axially between the first seal seat and the second seal seat. One or more pilot features are positioned at one or more of the first seal seat or the second seal seat to radially locate a ring seal of the two or more seal rings during assembly of the ring seal assembly. A method of installing a ring seal assembly includes securing a first seal seat at a rotating component, inserting a first seal ring onto the first seal seat, and installing a second seal ring and a second seal seat to the rotating component. The second seal ring is guided into a selected radial position via one or more pilot features located at the first seal seat and/or the second seal seat.
