Abstract: A valve guide includes a valve guide body having a valve guide bore along a central axis thereof. In an assembled configuration of a horizontal valve assembly comprising the valve guide, a valve stem passes through the valve guide bore, connecting a valve body to the valve guide. The valve guide further includes first and second skis that each extends radially outward from the valve guide body to a lower wing outer surface, such that the lower wing outer surface is a first radial distance from the valve guide bore central axis; and an upper wing extending radially outward from the valve guide body to an upper wing outer surface. The upper wing outer surface is a second radial distance from the valve guide bore central axis. The first radial distance is greater than an interior radius of a housing bore the horizontal valve assembly is positioned in for use.

Abstract: A curvilinear electromagnetic pump is configured to follow a curve, such as by coupling multiple linear pump segments together that are offset by an angle with respect to each other. The curvilinear electromagnetic pump can curve within two dimensions, or within three dimensions. The curvilinear electromagnetic pump allows for more efficient arrangement of components and systems within a nuclear reactor vessel and allows a significantly reduced reactor vessel height as compared to a linear pump arranged vertically. The curvilinear electromagnetic pump may follow the curvature of the reactor vessel wall and may be entirely disposed near the bottom of the reactor vessel.

Abstract: A mobile pump system can include a frame, a pump device connected to the frame and defining a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The pump device can provide water to a first outlet valve, a filtration system, and a manifold assembly. The manifold assembly can be supported by the frame, can be in fluid communication with the pump outlet, and can include the first outlet valve operable to selectively discharge unfiltered irrigation water from the pump outlet, a second outlet valve in fluid communication with the filtration system and operable to selectively discharge filtered irrigation water. The mobile pump system can further include a control system operably configured to be electrically connected to a power source and the pump device.

Abstract: A fluid end comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is releasably attached to a connect plate. Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

Abstract: A high pressure reciprocating pump (10) for high fluid pressures having a valve cartridge (57) positioned within a manifold block (15) of the pump (10). The valve cartridge (57) has a fixed body (58) with a plurality of equally spaced suction opening (69) extending therethrough. A central bore (70) of the valve cartridge body (58) has a valve assembly (72) mounted therein. Valve assembly (72) include a discharge valve member (74) and a two-piece suction valve member (280) mounted for sliding movement about the outer surface of discharge valve member (74). A spring (84) biased between spring retainer (87) and the two-piece suction valve member (280) continuously urges the valve members (74, 280) toward closed position. On the suction stroke, the two piece suction valve member (280) is opened and fluid through suction openings (69) enters the pump chamber (37). On the discharge stroke, high pressure fluid is discharged through the central bore (77) and lateral slots (79) of open discharge valve member (74) past seat (78). The two-piece suction valve 280 includes a spring seat 282 and a hard sealing member 284.

Abstract: A piston pump for a high pressure cleaning device is provided, having a pump housing, which includes a first housing part and a second housing part.
