    Abstract: An integrated oil system manifold is provided, which includes a combination of a reverse rotation protection element, a first pump check valve, a second pump check valve, and a pressure relief valve integrated with a housing. Furthermore, a combination of a temperature control element, a filter, a heat exchanger, an integral main pump assembly, and an integral auxiliary pump assembly may also be included in the integrated manifold. An associated method is also provided.

    Abstract: A minimal lubrication device including a lubricating fluid storing tank, conduit for supplying the lubricant pressurized to at least one modular element. The at least one modular element including a lubricating fluid conduit intercepted by flow regulator and compressed air conduit, such conduits fluidically connected to air and lubricant mixing element. The flow regulator including a shutter that can be at least partially housed in calibrated hole and movable between upper and lower stroke position ends. The calibrated hole in fluid communication, on one side, with pressurized lubricant delivery and, on the other side, with the mixing element. The shutter having at least one conical profile portion insertable in the calibrated hole. The conical profile portion has a surface groove facing a surface defining the calibrated hole at least when the shutter is in an intermediate position between the lower and upper stroke position ends.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for applying lubricant to a rail road track. The apparatus comprising a control module; a housing; a lubricant distribution block; and a plurality of tubes for connecting the control module to the housing wherein the housing houses the lubricant distribution block. The control module is positionable in close proximity to the rail road track and the housing is positionable adjacent to and along a section of rail road track to be lubricated. The lubricant is stored in a vessel in the control module and pumped from the control module to a lubricant distribution nozzle connected to the housing and wherein sliding the lubricant distribution nozzle along the section of rail road track in a first or second direction distributes lubricant along the section of rail road track.

    Abstract: Methods of lubricating fracking valves on a wellhead include mounting a distribution manifold of a grease distribution system on, adjacent to or remotely with respect to the wellhead, the distribution manifold having a plurality of manifold valves; selecting at least one of the fracking valves for lubrication; coupling at least one of the plurality of manifold valves of the grease distribution system to the at least one of the fracking valves; coupling a grease pump to the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves; opening the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves; and distributing grease from the grease pump through the at least one of the plurality of manifold valves to the at least one of the fracking valves by operation of the grease pump.

    Abstract: A lubricant distributor of a lubrication system configured to lubricate one or more components of a passenger conveyor is provided including a housing having an input opening, a plurality of output openings and a shaft opening. A valve stem including a bore and a plurality of lubricant outlets is generally arranged within the shaft opening. The bore is configured to fluid couple the input opening to each of the lubricant outlets. Each lubricant outlet is associated with and configured to provide lubricant to at least one of the plurality of output openings at a distinct position of the valve stem. The lubrication system may include multiple lubricant distributors connected by a lubrication fluid circuit having a pump, motor and lubricant source.
