    摘要: In a valve member, supply and discharge apertures of fluid are formed at a body having a fluid space E. A one electrode Da including a contact T is provided at an aperture edge of the supply aperture and/or a peripheral part of an aperture edge of the body. The body includes another electrode Db, and stores a valve member made of a conductor and opening and closing the supply aperture, and a coil spring made of a conductor and urges the valve member. A guide member made of a conductor is attached onto the valve member. The guide member is formed to secure a flow path of the fluid from the supply aperture to the discharge aperture while being slidable in the fluid space E, has a reception surface facing one end face of the fluid space E while receiving the fluid from the supply aperture.

Traditional divider blocks require modular sections so that piston alignment can be calibrated precisely. The current invention uses replaceable pistons and sleeves that are suitable for use at high fluid pressures. The use of these pistons also allows for a single, bodied, one-piece, metal divider body, rather than the conventional multiple block divider blocks, which allows for a more efficient manufacturing method and stronger, more reliable, and more efficient lubricant dispensing system. The use of any of these aspects separately can improve performance, and not all are required in every embodiment.

    摘要: An oil supply system of a vehicle includes: a first pump generating a first quantity of oil to cool a driving motor of a hybrid vehicle; a second pump generating a second quantity of oil to lubricate a friction lubrication element of the hybrid vehicle; a flow channel switching valve selectively switching a flow channel of the first quantity of oil and a flow channel of the second quantity of oil to connect the flow channel of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or connect the flow channel of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor; and a controller controlling an operation of the flow channel switching valve to supply a portion of the first quantity of oil to the friction lubrication element or a portion of the second quantity of oil to the driving motor.

The use of these piston/sleeve assemblies transforming conventional distribution blocks making them more versatile and reducing the costly expense of manually replacing of the entire distribution block.
