摘要: A structure of a hot water pipe inserted with a heating wire installed in the floor of a room for heating. The structure of a hot water pipe inserted with a heating wire is provided with a low water level sensor for sensing the level of the heating water filling the inside of the hot water pipe. The structure is configured to prevent the pipe from being overheated or to malfunction by a lack of hot water. The low water level sensor is configured to stably operate so as to reduce the failing rate thereof, thus facilitating maintenance control. A low water level sensor provided in an auxiliary tank or one side of a hot water pipe senses the level of the hot water to prevent an accident caused by a lack of hot water. The low water level sensor operates using A/C current inputted through a control unit to a thermostat.

摘要: An inline duct supplemental heating and cooling device is mounted along an air duct that supplies a room of a building with supplemental warmer or cooler air to the room. The air duct also supplies the room with air from a main furnace and/or cooling unit associated with the building. A thermostat is used to set a desired temperature for the room, and a controller of the supplemental heating and cooling device is in communication with the thermostat, and activates an electric heater and/or fan as appropriate to warm or cool the room as needed. When the device is used to cool the room, the fan may be operated to draw cooled air through the duct from the main cooling unit and/or from other areas in the building that are linked via ductwork.

摘要: A method and a configuration for heating buildings has an infrared heating system containing a radiant tube disposed in a first building, particularly in a hall, to which a gas heated by a furnace is supplied at a first end. A second end of the radiant tube is in a flow connection with a heat exchanger that is subjected to the heated gas after the gas leaves the radiant tube. A radiator or tap water dispenser is disposed in a second building that is connected to the heat exchanger via lines in order to emit the thermal energy absorbed by the heat exchanger in the second building in the form of convection heat or heated tap water.

摘要: Disclosed is herein an air hypocaust structure for cooling and/or heating dwellings. In winter, hot air is supplied into a space between an upper and a base plate constituting the air hypocaust structure to heat the dwelling according to a convection and a radiation mechanism. In summer, cold air is supplied to the space between the upper and base plate to cool the dwelling according to the convection mechanism. A plurality of support legs and guide plates are installed between the upper and base plate, and the support legs and guide plates may be integrally formed on the lower side of the upper plate or may be separately produced to be assembled with the upper plate. A hole is formed at a lower end of each of the support legs, and projections each having a sharp tip at an end thereof and corresponding in position to the support legs are formed on the upper side of the base plate. Therefore, when the upper plate is assembled with the base plate, the sharp tips of the projections are inserted into the holes of the support legs to firmly assemble the upper plate with the base plate. Furthermore, the guide plates are arranged between the upper and base plate to control the direction of a hot or cold air current flowing through the air hypocaust structure.

摘要: An apparatus for heating rooms with electrically heated hot water tube, and a method therefor are disclosed. The apparatus for heating rooms with electrically heated hot water tube and a method therefor are constituted such that an electrically heating line made of copper and having a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm is inserted into a hot water tube throughout the entire length thereof, so that the heating effect of the copper wire would replace the boiler and the hot water circulating means, thereby heating the rooms with a simple structure and with a convenience without loss of thermal energy.

摘要: An electric steam radiator unit for heating residential and commercial spaces comprises an elongated vertical stack having a cylindrical central bore. The top of the stack communicates with one end of a generally horizontal heat exchange tube slightly downwardly inclined from the stack and having a plurality of heat radiating fins. A downwardly inclined condensate return tube connects the other end of the heat exchange tube to the bottom portion of the stack. The heat exchange tube, stack and condensate tube are joined in series to form a closed fluid circuit. An elongated cylindrical electric heating element disposed concentrically in the central bore extends the length of the stack to define a thin annular vaporization space. A small quantity of vaporizable liquid fills the lower part of the space and is converted to a vapor by action of the heating element. The vapor is superheated as it rises through the vaporization space to the heat exchange tube where it condenses to give up heat to the space being heated. The condensate is returned to the bottom of the stack through the condensate return tube for revaporization. A second heat exchange tube and condensate return tube may be connected to the stack diametrically opposite the first such tubes.

摘要: Microwave heating method and apparatus for heating a room and like spaces wherein microwave energy is used to heat a fluid medium passed through a microwave energy absorptive chamber with energy reflective walls into which the energy is radiated and contained, and the fluid medium so heated is passed from the absorptive chamber and used to transfer the heat to a room or like space. In one form of the invention disclosed a microwave energy absorbent liquid passed through the absorptive chamber directly receives and converts the microwave energy to heat in the liquid. In another form a microwave energy absorbent body has pipe sections for conducting a liquid through the body and the body heated by the microwave energy transfers heat to a liquid flowing in the pipe sections. In yet another form a plurality of microwave energy absorbent bodies are heated by microwave energy and a liquid is passed over the heated bodies to receive heat therefrom. In a further form of the invention disclosed a plurality of microwave energy absorbent bodies are heated by the microwave energy and a flow of air is passed over the heated bodies to receive heat therefrom. An arrangement of the microwave energy absorbent substance in a parabolic configuration with the output of the source of microwave energy at approximately the focal point is highly effective for increasing energy absorption by the absorbent substance.
