    摘要: A vertical dual-chamber annealing device is provided. The vertical dual-chamber annealing device includes an outer chamber unit, an inner chamber body, a temperature control unit, a supporting structure, and a gas-tight seal structure. The inner chamber body can be moved upward, such that the inner chamber body can be located in the outer chamber unit and supported by the supporting structure. After the supporting of the supporting structure is removed, the inner chamber body is moved downward and separated from the outer chamber unit. Therefore, an arrangement of the inner chamber body and the outer chamber unit can increase the convenience of cleaning and replacing the inner chamber body. The structure of the inner chamber body can enhance the uniformity of a reaction temperature. The gas-tight seal structure isolates an inert gas and a reactive gas, which is beneficial to the recovery and the reuse of the reactive gas.

    摘要: Disclosed are a device and method for continuously performing grain boundary diffusion and heat treatment, characterized in that the alloy workpiece or the metal workpiece are arranged in a relatively independent processing box together with a diffusion source; the device comprises, in successive arrangement, a grain boundary diffusion chamber, a first cooling chamber, a heat treatment chamber, and a second cooling chamber, and a transfer system provided between various chambers for delivering the processing box; each of the first cooling chamber and the second cooling chamber uses an air cooling system, and the cooling air temperature of the first cooling chamber is above 25° C. and at least differs by 550° C. from the grain boundary diffusion temperature of the grain boundary diffusion chamber; the cooling air temperature of the second cooling chamber is above 25° C. and at least differs by 300° C. from the heat treatment temperature of the heat treatment chamber; and the cooling chamber has a pressure of 50 kPa to 100 kPa. The device provided by the present invention can increase the cooling rate and production efficiency, and improve product consistency.

The oven comprises a support stand, which is realized as a three-dimensional frame, an elongate heating chamber, which is arranged vertically or horizontally in a central region of the support stand, and a plurality of elongate combustion chambers, which are arranged vertically or horizontally inside the support stand. The oven additionally comprises a heating element, which is assigned to the heating chamber, and at least one fan for generating an air stream from the heating chamber to the combustion chambers. The combustion chambers are provided to receive the objects to be treated. The support stand is provided to support the heating chamber and the combustion chambers.     摘要: A method and apparatus for treating granular materials which require to be heated to drive off volatile constituents and which require to be cooled, for example foundry sand containing an organic binder. The method comprises the step of maintaining a mass of the material at a treatment temperature lying in the range 240.degree. C.-400.degree. C. for between four and thirty hours. The mass may be initially heated by virtue of a manufacturing process in which the mass has been previously used. Alternatively, the mass may be initially heated by a preheating step such as heating in a fluidized bed. Alternatively, the mass may be heated by being placed in heat transfer relationship with a second mass of the material which has been previously heated, for example, in a fluidized bed. Apparatus for performing the method is also disclosed.

    摘要: An apparatus for treating a workpiece at elevated temperatures and pressures comprising an elongate cylindrical pressure vessel. Within the pressure vessel a hearth sits upon a pedestal. Surrounding the pedestal and the workspace immediately thereabove is an insulated furnace enclosure. A cavity near the base of the pedestal defines an impeller chamber. An impeller is positioned in the chamber and has a downwardly extending drive shaft. The impeller circulates the pressurized atmosphere. A remotely actuated gate directs the circulating atmosphere to either circulate totally within the furnace enclosure or partially within the furnace enclosure and partially along the interior wall of the pressure vessel.
