摘要: A heat and mass transfer system configured to be a passive system using gravitational force to form a thin liquid film flow on an outer surface of a flow distribution head and downstream conduit member to subject the thin liquid film to heat transfer mediums. The at least partially spherical flow distribution head creates a uniform thin flow of liquid on the outer surface increasing the efficiency of the heat and mass transfer system. The heat and mass transfer system may include a heat transfer medium supply system in fluid communication with internal aspects of the downstream conduit such that a heat transfer medium flows within the downstream conduit while the liquid film flows on the outer surface of the downstream conduit. Rather than conventional sheet flow on inner surfaces of a conduit, the flow distribution head enables sheet flow to be formed on an outside surface of a component.

摘要: A cooling apparatus for cooling a waterflow is provided. Cooling apparatus includes a first evaporative cooler adapted to cool the waterflow therethrough, a second evaporative cooler adapted to receive and cool the waterflow from the first evaporative cooler therethrough, wherein the second evaporative cooler is adapted to receive an airflow therethrough to cool the waterflow therethrough and the first evaporative cooler is adapted to receive the airflow therethrough from the second evaporative cooler to cool the waterflow therethrough, and a deflector adapted to deflect the waterflow from the first evaporative cooler to the second evaporative cooler and allow the airflow from the second evaporative cooler to the first evaporative cooler therethrough. A cooling method for cooling a waterflow is also provided.

摘要: The present application discloses a rotary liquid distributor for a liquid-cooled tank, and a liquid-cooled tank. The rotary liquid distributor includes a liquid distribution cavity and a liquid distribution arm provided in the liquid distribution cavity. The liquid distribution cavity rotates around a central shaft thereof. A plurality of the liquid distribution arms are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction of the liquid distribution cavity. That is, the liquid distribution arm rotates with the liquid distribution cavity. Then, a liquid distribution outlet is provided between a first end and a second end of the liquid distribution arm. The liquid distribution outlet is located on a side of the liquid distribution arm facing away from a rotating direction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a passive pulse water flow adjustment device for water flow cooling. The device includes a water storage container and a pulse water flow adjustment structure, wherein the water storage container is arranged in front of a to-be-cooled high-temperature wall surface through the pulse water flow adjustment structure, and the pulse water flow adjustment structure provides a non-continuous pouring pulse water flow for the high-temperature wall surface. This device is used to cool the high-temperature wall surface, and when being cooled, the high-temperature wall surface is poured by the pulse water flow.

摘要: A droplet heat exchange system is provided for that includes a heat exchange chamber, at least one injector, and at least one swirler. The chamber is configured to have gas flow through it. The injector can be configured to dispense liquid droplets into the chamber for thermal energy exchange with gas flowing through the chamber. The swirler can disposed within the chamber and can have a body configured to form a spiral gas flow that pushes liquid droplets from the injector, radially outward as gas flows across the body, thereby separating the liquid droplets from the gas flowing across the body and forming a liquid film along an inner wall of the chamber. The collector can be in fluid communication with the heat exchange chamber and configured to collect the liquid film after thermal energy exchange. The collector can be configured to direct at least some of the collected liquid film to the injector for subsequent use.
