The compressor and related components are situated inside the plenum of a standard evaporative condenser unit, and the evaporator is close coupled to the evaporative condenser. Single or dual phase cyclonic separators may also be housed in the plenum of the evaporative condenser.

摘要: The present application discloses a rotary liquid distributor for a liquid-cooled tank, and a liquid-cooled tank. The rotary liquid distributor includes a liquid distribution cavity and a liquid distribution arm provided in the liquid distribution cavity. The liquid distribution cavity rotates around a central shaft thereof. A plurality of the liquid distribution arms are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction of the liquid distribution cavity. That is, the liquid distribution arm rotates with the liquid distribution cavity. Then, a liquid distribution outlet is provided between a first end and a second end of the liquid distribution arm. The liquid distribution outlet is located on a side of the liquid distribution arm facing away from a rotating direction.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a refrigeration system. The system includes an evaporator unit having a housing configured to receive the refrigerant and an air inlet port configured to receive air. A porous material is disposed within the housing for defining a first compartment and a second compartment. A compressor unit is fluidically coupled to the housing and configured to induce an evacuation action within the housing, which enables air to enter the housing from the ambient surroundings via the air inlet port. The porous material is positioned above the air inlet port for allowing the air into the housing therethrough. The routed air disperses within the housing to form air bubbles, inducing turbulent motion of the refrigerant for converting the refrigerant into a mixture of refrigerant vapors and a cooled refrigerant. A heat exchanger is configured to refrigerate the enclosure.

摘要: A water recirculation system operates in a primary mode for evaporatively cooling air. When the water recirculation mode malfunctions, the controller switches a secondary once-through mode. The system includes a sump for collecting water run-off from the evaporative pads, and a pump in fluid communication with the sump. The pump transfers moisture from the sump to the distribution arrangement located at the top of the evaporative pads during the recirculation mode. An automatically operated make-up water valve delivers water to a distribution arrangement on the evaporative pads. A moisture distribution arrangement distributes moisture to the evaporative pads and an automatically operated sump drain valve retains water in the sump when closed and freely drains water from the sump when open. A water level control communicates the sump water level to a control system. A monitoring mechanism detects whether the water-recirculation system has malfunctioned or is operating correctly.

摘要: An evaporative condensate dissipation system is configured to receive a liquid condensate from an external surface of a cooling element of a refrigeration system and to dissipate the liquid condensate by evaporation. The evaporative condensate dissipation system includes one or more walls constructed from a porous material configured to absorb the liquid condensate and to retain the liquid condensate within the porous material. The evaporative condensate dissipation system further includes a fan configured to generate an airflow and positioned to cause the airflow to pass through the one or more walls. The one or more walls are sufficiently permeable to allow the airflow to pass therethrough. The airflow evaporates the liquid condensate retained within the porous material of the one or more walls.

摘要: A direct evaporative cooler includes a liquid delivery system and an assembly of two or more plates. At least one plate of the assembly of two or more plates may include a top surface having a wicking material with an exposed surface for receiving a liquid thereon from the liquid delivery system, and one or more masks lining a portion of the exposed surface. The one or more masks may be impermeable to the liquid thereby preventing the liquid from evaporating through the one or more masks, and the one or more masks may be sized and shaped such that a wick rate of the liquid on the exposed surface exceeds an evaporation rate of the liquid.

摘要: In one embodiment, a plate for an evaporative cooler is disclosed. The plate may comprise a wicking material with an exposed surface and a sealed surface opposite the exposed surface. An impermeable barrier may be coupled to the sealed surface. One or more masks may line a portion of the exposed surface, wherein the masks may comprise an impermeable material. In some embodiments, the mask may be a strip of impermeable material and may be coupled to a flat area of the top surface. In further embodiments, the one or more masks may align with a liquid wick path of the wicking material. In further embodiments, the one or more masks may line the edge of perforations that pass at least partially through the plate.
