摘要： An improved dispenser for pastes is disclosed comprising a variable volume paste chamber, a dispenser nozzle communicating with the chamber for dispensing paste, a displaceable element displaced by room pressure, as a result of a reduced pressure in the paste chamber, an actuating member, accessible from outside the container and displaceable from an inactive to an active position, an elastic element, a means for applying a force to the elastic element in such a way as to reduce the volume of the chamber, thereby causing said paste to be dispensed through said dispenser nozzle, when said actuating member is displaced from the inactive to the active position, a kinematism for kinematically connecting the actuating member to the means for applying a force to the elastic element when the actuating member is displaced to its active position, and for allowing the elastic element elastically to return to its base configuration when the actuating member is returned to its inactive position, and a support means for holding the paste container in a predetermined position when a force is applied to the elastic element.

摘要： A valve assembly can automatically dispense aerosol content from an aerosol container at predetermined intervals without the use of electric power. A diaphragm at least partially defines an accumulation chamber that receives aerosol content from the can during an accumulation phase. Once the internal pressure of the accumulation chamber reaches a predetermined threshold, the diaphragm moves, carrying with it a leg so as to unseal a valve stem, and thereby initiate a spray burst. The diaphragm assumes its original position when the pressure within the accumulation chamber falls below a threshold pressure. A barrier prevents the aerosol container from resupplying the accumulation chamber at a high rate during the spray phase, preferably due to a textured interface between the barrier and a passageway in which it is housed.

The neck of the container defines a first thread adapted to receive a cap to seal the cavity. The container also defines a second thread, of a diameter larger than the first thread, adapted to mate directly with a thread of a standard threaded pour spout to retain the pour spout on the container for serving liquids from the container cavity. The container is sized to fit within standard bar service speed racks and can be heat-sealed to contain perishable liquids, such as fruit juice or drink mixes.

摘要： The invention is directed to a box for dispensing taping compound to a surface which facilitates the uniform distribution of the taping compound to an applicator head while preventing leakage of the compound. A nozzle extends from a fixed end wall in a direction away from a movable end wall and a compound receiving cavity. A first end of the nozzle is positioned proximate to and cooperates with the cavity. An interior wall of the nozzle has a smooth configuration and a smooth, arcuate transition with the end wall. The top wall and a portion of the nozzle are configured to cooperate with each other so that no shoulder is provided therebetween. The box also has an arcuate recess provided on a bottom wall and a cylindrical portion provided on the movable wall. The arcuate recess and the cylindrical portion are configured to have essentially the same diameter.

The apparatus also has a cylindrical piston contained within the cylindrical bore where the cylindrical piston has a length that is less than the cylindrical bore and switches from being closer to the fixed input port and the fixed output port.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for quickly heating a predetermined volume of viscous fluid and dispensing it efficiently at one or more selected temperatures. The viscous fluid includes substantial non-volatile constituent parts. In one embodiment, the predetermined volume of viscous fluid is partially housed in a predelivery chamber separate from the main fluid reservoir. A heater assembly heats the viscous fluid in the predelivery chamber in a short time period and in small volumes to prevent overheating and adversely effecting the composition of the viscous fluid. To avoid continually heating the viscous liquid, a timer circuit is used in one embodiment.

The device includes a piston member for discharging in a stroke a confectionery mass into the mold; a valve for cutting off the stroke to stop the discharge; and a nozzle having an outlet portion of reduced diameter. The piston member can have an operative stroke profile comprising a velocity that increases during the stroke. Additionally, the valve may move relative to the nozzle during cut-off and can have a starting cut-off motion magnitude of at least 400 mm/sec. The invention eliminates the tailing problems and can improve the accuracy and repeatability of weights during deposition.
