摘要: Systems, devices, apparatuses, components, methods, and techniques for saving media content to a context for later playback are provided. An example media-playback device for identifying and playing media content for a user traveling in a vehicle includes a context detecting device, a context-driven playback engine, and a media playback engine. Contexts are established by parameters that can be detected by a media-playback device. Contexts are situations that are defined by one or more locations, times, events, activities, people, and devices. Media content is saved to the contexts for later playback. The contexts are detected by the context detecting device, the associated media content is identified by the context-driven playback engine, and the media content is automatically played through the media playback engine, without additional input required by the user.

摘要: A timecoding technique for determining and assigning timecodes for variable frame rate video. Content identified for timecode assignment is decoded, and for sequential frames of the content, portions of timestamps are compared to determine if the frames are from a same time period (e.g., from the same second in time). For a subsequent frame from the same time period, an index is atomically incremented, a timecode generated from a combination of the time period and the index, and the timecode assigned to the frame. For a subsequent frame from a different time period, the index is initialized, a timecode generated from a combination of the different time period and the initialized index, and the timecode assigned to the frame. Accumulated durations of frames may be used in place of timestamps, in some instances.

摘要: An animated emoticon generation method, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer device are provided. The method includes: displaying an emoticon input panel on a chat page; detecting whether a video shooting event is triggered in the emoticon input panel; acquiring video data in response to detecting the video shooting event; obtaining an edit operation for the video data; processing video frames in the video data according to the edit operation to synthesize an animated emoticon; and adding an emoticon thumbnail corresponding to the animated emoticon to the emoticon input panel, the emoticon thumbnail displaying the animated emoticon to be used as a message on the chat page based on a user selecting the emoticon thumbnail in the emoticon input panel.

摘要: A system for and method of instruction is provided. A user initiates a lesson with an instructor which begins a video call. During the video call, the instructor records one or more recording of the user and edits the recording with mark-up, which can then be played back to the user to aid in the instruction. Each of the video call, the recording, and the mark-up are recorded as an independent recording layer, while the entire lesson is also recorded. The system and method utilize recording techniques so as to not deplete the resources of the user devices. Upon conclusion of the lesson, the recording of the lesson and each layer is provided to the users.

摘要: A video editing device includes a memory that stores first video content and includes circuitry that extracts a first image frame of a first filmed shot of the first video content and a second image frame of a second filmed shot of the first video content. The first image frame is a last frame of the first filmed shot and the second image frame is a first frame of the second filmed shot. The circuitry detects a first set of objects from the extracted first image frame and a second set of objects from the extracted second image frame. The circuitry further generates and outputs notification information associated with a first object based on a deviation of at least a first visual attribute of the first object in the first image frame from at least a second visual attribute of the first object in the second image frame.

摘要: A system that analyzes data from multiple sensors, potentially of different types, that track motions of players, equipment, and projectiles such as balls. Data from different sensors is combined to generate integrated metrics for events and activities. Illustrative sensors may include inertial sensors, cameras, radars, and light gates. As an illustrative example, a video camera may track motion of a pitched baseball, and an inertial sensor may track motion of a bat; the system may use the combined data to analyze the effectiveness of the swing in hitting the pitch. The system may also use sensor data to automatically select or generate tags for an event; tags may represent for example activity types, players, performance levels, or scoring results. The system may analyze social media postings to confirm or augment event tags. Users may filter and analyze saved events based on the assigned tags.
