    摘要: An electromagnetic relay including a base, an electromagnet incorporated to the base, an armature movably arranged relative to the electromagnet, and a contact section incorporated to the base to be actuated by the armature. The electromagnet includes a bobbin, a coil having a center axis and carried on the bobbin, and a pair of coil terminals mounted to the bobbin. Each of the coil terminals is provided with a first end region and a second end region, extending in respective directions transverse to each other. The coil terminals are disposed in such a manner that respective first end regions extend in a direction transverse to the center axis of the coil to project outward from the bobbin and are arranged side-by-side in a row extending substantially parallel to the center axis, and that respective second end regions extend in a direction parallel to the center axis of the coil to project outward from the bobbin and are arranged side-by-side in a row extending substantially transverse to the center axis. The opposite wire ends of the coil are connected respectively to the second end regions.

    摘要: A small-sized electromagnetic relay which can afford high current and dissipate generated heat efficiently is disclosed. A plate section 18c for coupling to one side of a yoke 14 is formed on a movable contact terminal 18. Countersunk rivet features at three or more positions which are not aligned on a line on the plate section 18c couple the movable contact terminal 18 to the yoke 14. A base end 16b of a movable contact spring 16 is coupled to the surface of the plate section 18c opposite to the yoke 14 to support the movable contact spring 16. In the countersunk rivet feature, each protrusion 14a formed on the yoke 14 is inserted into the corresponding countersunk hole 18d formed on the plate section 18c, respectively, and the tops of the protrusions 14a are crushed to expand its diameter so as to sandwich the plate section 18c against the yoke 14.

    摘要: A high-frequency relay includes: a base block having fixed terminals insert-molded to expose fixed contacts on the upper surface; an electromagnetic block having a coil wound around an iron core through a spool; and mounted on the base block, and movable blocks having movable contacts driven in accordance with excitation and demagnetization of the electromagnetic block so as to be connected with and disconnected from the fixed contacts of the base block. The movable blocks have movable iron pieces to be connected with and disconnected from the fixed contacts of the fixed terminals. A return spring is provided for elastically supporting each of the movable blocks so as to make the movable block accessible vertically to the upper surface of the base block. The return spring is disposed to be biased to one of the fixed terminals.
