    摘要: An operating attachment (10) for operating a push button or switch, which includes a housing, (12) a handling part (11) having an actuator element (19) supported by said housing (12) for rotation in a direction of rotation (U), an operating element (26) displaceable parallel to a longitudinal axis (L) of the housing for operating a push button or switch, an operating drive (37) for transferring rotary movement of the actuator element (19) into a linear motion of the operating element (26) between an initial position (A) and an operating position (B), and a latching device (42) for latching the actuator element (19) in a latched position (R). The attachment apparatus (10) further includes at least one encoding element (48) moveable between a first encoding position (K1) that allows for rotation of the actuator (11) into the latched position (R) and a second encoding position (K2) which limits rotation of the actuator element (19) prior to reaching the latched position (R). The illustrated encoding element (48) further is moveable to a third encoding position (K3).

    摘要: An interlock system includes first and second racks movable in parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction between opening and closing positions in conjunction with opening and closing of the first cover, respectively. A housing is provided to slidably accommodate the first and second racks in the longitudinal direction. A pinion unit is provided and is sandwiched by the first and second racks. The first and second racks have meshing sections respectively meshing with the pinion unit at one side surfaces extending in the longitudinal direction facing each other. The pinion unit slides in the longitudinal direction by a prescribed length in conjunction with movement of at least one of the first and second racks. The interlock switch is turned on and off in accordance with a sliding length of the pinion unit in the longitudinal direction.

The operating member defines a first surface used for applying a force therein and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The activating member includes two tail fins and a positioning member respectively extending from the second surface. The tail fin defines an opening. The toggle switch is received in the opening. The connecting board is received in the opening and used for enhancing the strength of the two tail fins. The positioning member is connected to the two tail fins and spaced apart from the operating member. The positioning member and the operating member together secure the slide button to the electronic device.

    摘要: A latching mechanism comprises a stationary chamber (1), a spring-loaded main slide (2) which is guided along the stationary chamber (1) in a first direction, a spring-loaded message slide (3) disposed inside the stationary chamber (1) which is guided in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a spring-loaded snap lever (4) which is pivotally mounted inside the stationary chamber (11) and which supports the switch lock's toggle linkage during the switched-on position of an overload protection switch. The main slide (2) is mechanically coupled to a manual actuator. During switching-on, the main slide (2) is moved in the direction of the message slide (3), such that the message slide (3) is moved via interacting bevels (19, 28), and locks the main slide (2). During tripping, the trip latch moves the message slide (3), causing the main slide (2) to be locked into a tripped position and causing the snap lever (4) to be released. Advantageously, in order to switch off and reset after tripping, an increased force must be applied manually. The reset or main spring (12) is housed inside the main slide (2) and does not affect the switch lock. Additionally, it is possible to adjust the resetting strength of the main spring (12), which acts upon the manual actuator.

The faces of the wafers are spaced from each other by projecting curbs around the perimeters of the wafers and window openings are provided in the wafers so that internal bussing may be provided in the block. End bussing is provided and the end bussing strips are covered by a protective cap having insulating fences for protecting the bussing strips.

    摘要: The invention provides an improved positive latch for high voltage, air break disconnect switches of the type having an elongated blade with one end swiveling on a terminal to switch its opposite end from the remote terminal, the blade being rotatable about its longitudinal axis and relative to the terminals and provided at its switching end with a transversely projecting contact lug shiftable by rotation of the blade into and out of frictional engagement with the remote terminal. The latch is pivotally mounted on the remote terminal and has a hook-like portion spring biased downwardly into latching position with respect to the end portion of the blade and is rotatable out of latching position by engagement with the latch of an arm carried by the blade when the contact lug is rotated out of engagement with the remote terminal and is formed with an extension engageable with the blade mounted latch operating arm for opening the latch as the blade approaches closed position.

    摘要: A latch for a circuit interrupter is provided wherein a movable member having a contact attached thereto is latched in a selected position by a spring member which is deflected by the movable member until a predetermined distance is exceeded at which time the spring member moves into a latching position with respect to a latching surface provided on the movable member. In its simplest form the latch uses a single piece of spring wire. As a movable member moves past, the spring wire moves aside and once the movable member has completely passed the wire, the wire springs back into place preventing the contacts from reclosing. A reset is provided which permits the contact arms to be closed by moving the spring member to one side. The disclosed latch is very fast acting, can be independently actuated for each phase, and can be positioned so as to not interfere with low current operation of the switching device on which it is employed.
