摘要: Electrical insulation system with low environmental impact for medium- and high-voltage electrical switchgear.
The invention relates to an electrical insulation system comprising two fundamental elements:

    a) a gaseous medium formed by a mixture of i) one or more non-flammable hydrofluoroolefins with at least 4 carbon atoms and ii) one, two or three carrier gases selected from N2, O2, dry air, helium, CO2 or mixtures thereof; and
    b) one or more drying agents.

摘要: A switching device for fast disconnection of short-circuit currents is provided. The switching device comprises a switching bridge with a movable contacting element and a fixed contacting element. The switching bridge being operable in a closed state, in which the movable contacting element is in contact with the fixed contacting element, and an open state, in which the movable contacting element is spaced apart from the fixed contacting element. The switching device further comprises an electromagnetic switching drive with a coil for generating a magnetic field and a magnet anchor, a guide sleeve to guide the movement of the magnet anchor in the magnetic field of the coil, a pyrotechnic propellant charge located in the cavity, and a supporting device for supporting the guide sleeve. The magnet anchor is arranged within the guide sleeve such that a cavity is formed below the magnet anchor.

摘要: An example electrical interruption switch includes a casing, surrounding a contact unit defining a current path therethrough. The contact unit has a first and second connection contact, a separation region and an upsetting region. A current supplied to the contact unit via the first connection contact can be discharged via the second connection contact, or vice versa. The contact unit includes, or is connected to, a sabot configured to move from a starting to an end position via pressure; in the end position, the separation region is separated causing an insulation spacing between the first and second connection contacts. The upsetting region, upset during movement of the sabot from the starting to end positions, is formed as a tubular or rod-shaped element having; the tubular or rod-shaped element has one or more tapers in its cross-sectional diameter; and the cross-sectional diameter is defined perpendicular to the axis.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to switchgear. Various embodiments may include medium- or high-voltage switchgear with a gas-tight insulating space. For example, a switchgear may include: a gas-tight insulating space where an insulating gas is kept above atmospheric pressure and two switching contacts in the space. At least one of the contacts may movable with respect to a nozzle. The insulating gas may include a mixture of at least 90% by mass of nitrogen and oxygen or nitrogen and carbon dioxide. The nozzle may include a plastic with at least 65% by mass in total of the elements carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen.
