摘要: System and method for managing a cumulative DC offset in a magnetizable material. A primary driving AC voltage and a magnetic flux sensor. The flux sensor output is continuously received into memory while the flux sensor output for each phase half-cycle is processed to continuously compute and re-compute in real time a flux-second integral for each half-cycle. The two half-cycle flux-second integrals are compared to each other for a DC offset value and the offset value drives a slow loop DC compensation circuit to steer a PWM control.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an isolated multi-phase DC/DC converter with a reduced quantity of blocking capacitors. In one aspect, the converter includes a multi-phase transformer having a primary circuit and a secondary circuit magnetically coupled to the primary circuit, the primary circuit having a first quantity of terminals, and the secondary circuit having a second quantity of terminals; a third quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the primary circuit; and a fourth quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the secondary circuit. The third quantity is one less than the first quantity. The fourth quantity is one less than the second quantity.

The power converter includes a primary side switching circuit, a secondary side switching circuit, a transformer, and a control circuit. The primary side switching circuit includes a first set of switches. The secondary side switching circuit includes a second set of switches. The transformer is coupled between the primary side switching circuit and the secondary side switching circuit. The control circuit is configured to control power transfer between the primary side switching circuit and the secondary side switching circuit by controlling the first and second sets of switches. The control circuit is adapted to enable and disable the first and second sets of switches in an enabling duration and a disabling duration respectively and alternatively.

摘要: This DC pulse power supply device comprises a voltage clamper including a capacitor that is connected in parallel to a DC reactor in a chopper circuit provided in a pulsing unit in order to suppress increases in the surge voltage resulting from the leakage inductance of the DC reactor. During the start-up of pulsing operation, which is the initial stage of the pulse mode, the frequency of the pulsing operation of the chopper circuit is controlled over the period until the capacitor voltage is charged to a sufficient voltage to reset the magnetic saturation of the DC reactor.
