摘要: A multi-winding inductor includes a magnetic core including three magnetic columns and two windings. Each winding includes a first, a second and a third portions. The first magnetic column is arranged between the first portion of the first winding and the first portion of the second winding; the second magnetic column is arranged on one side of the first portion of the first winding and the third portion of the second winding; and the third magnetic column is arranged between the third portion of the first winding and the third portion of the second winding. The first and the second portions of two windings respectively form pins on opposite sides of the magnetic core.

摘要: A control device for a power conversion device using a multi-phase magnetic coupling reactor is provided. The multi-phase magnetic coupling reactor including: a first outer coil; a second outer coil; an inner coil; and a core. Directions of magnetic fluxes generated in the first outer coil, the second outer coil, and the inner coil are opposite to each other in any combination. The control device is configured to switch among a one-phase operation, a two-phase operation, and a three-phase operation. The control device is configured to select two phases of the first outer coil and the second outer coil in the two-phase operation, and the control device is configured to select one of the first outer coil and the second outer coil in the one-phase operation before the two-phase operation or a one-phase operation after the two-phase operation.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an isolated multi-phase DC/DC converter with a reduced quantity of blocking capacitors. In one aspect, the converter includes a multi-phase transformer having a primary circuit and a secondary circuit magnetically coupled to the primary circuit, the primary circuit having a first quantity of terminals, and the secondary circuit having a second quantity of terminals; a third quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the primary circuit; and a fourth quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the secondary circuit. The third quantity is one less than the first quantity. The fourth quantity is one less than the second quantity.

摘要: An N-phase power converter has N phases with outputs connected in parallel and outputs connected in parallel. The converter comprises: N switch units, wherein each phase of the N-phase power converter comprises one of the N switch units; and an integrated inductor unit, comprising M inductor subunits, wherein M is a natural number greater than or equal to 2, each inductor subunit comprises i inductors, i is a natural number greater than or equal to 2, N>M×i or N=M×i, M×i of the inductors in the integrated inductor unit are respectively coupled to M×i of the N switch units, wherein: the i inductors of each of the inductor subunit are inverse-coupled to each other, the coupling coefficient between the M inductor subunits is less than the coupling coefficient between the i inductors in each of the inductor subunits.

摘要: The present invention provides a control device for an isolated converter, including a comparison module, which receives a load percentage of the isolated converter, compares the load percentage with a first preset threshold and a second preset threshold, and outputs a comparison result; and an adjustment module, which receives the comparison result and adjusts a switching frequency of a switching transistor of the isolated converter based on the comparison result, wherein when the load percentage is not greater than the first preset threshold value, the switching frequency is set to a first frequency value to prevent magnetic saturation of a transformer of the isolated converter, and when the load percentage is greater than the second preset threshold value and in a stable state, the switching frequency is set to a second frequency value, so that the temperature of the isolated converter does not exceed the maximum allowable temperature, wherein the first preset threshold is less than or equal to the second preset threshold, and the first frequency value is greater than the second frequency value.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an improved flyback converter that separates the magnetic components of the converter into a transformer and a separate, discrete energy storage inductor. This arrangement can improve the operating efficiency of the converter by reducing the commutation losses as compared to a conventional flyback converter. The magnetic components may be constructed on separate magnetic cores or may be constructed on magnetic cores having at least one common element, thereby allowing for at least partial magnetic flux cancellation in a portion of the core, reducing core losses.

摘要: A power conversion module includes a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, a transformer and a rectifying circuit. An output positive terminal and an output negative terminal are electrically connected with a low-voltage and high-current load. The first bridge arm and the second bridge arm are electrically connected between an input positive terminal and an input negative terminal. The transformer includes a primary winding, a first secondary winding and a second secondary winding. The two terminals of the primary winding are electrically connected with a midpoint of the first bridge arm and a midpoint of the second bridge arm. An output inductor of the rectifying circuit is electrically connected between the winding midpoint and the output positive terminal. The input voltage is higher than 40 V. The output voltage is lower than or equal to 2.2 V.
