    Abstract: A pulse width modulation control according to the present invention is performed such that, when changing a modulation rate of a modulation wave, the modulation rate is continuously changed from a normal modulation region to an overmodulation region, and, the modulation rate is controlled not to be discontinuous between the normal modulation region and the overmodulation region. In the overmodulation region, limiting the modulation rate α prevents a jump phenomenon in pulse width from occurring and the continuity of the pulse width from disappearing due to the jump phenomenon. The upper limit αupper of the modulation rate α is a threshold at which the pulse width of a PWM pulse signal jumps to a duty ratio of 50%, and limits the modulation rate α to less than the threshold.

    Abstract: Provided are a high-frequency power supply device and an output control method therefor which are capable of constantly keeping the phase of the outputted high-frequency pulse uniform even in a structure in which the synchronizing pulse and the clock pulse are generated separately. A high-frequency power supply device and an output control method therefor for outputting a high-frequency pulse to a target device on the basis of a synchronizing pulse and a clock pulse, wherein: the period interval of one period of the synchronizing pulse is detected; the phase difference between the synchronizing pulse and the clock pulse during the previous one period is determined; the number of pulses and oscillation frequency of oscillation in the subsequent period is calculated on the basis of the period interval and the phase difference; a clock pulse is generated on the basis of the oscillation frequency signal; and a number of pulses and oscillation frequency for the subsequent period which will cancel the phase difference in the previous one period are determined in a manner such that the phase remains constant after the period interval of the subsequent period elapses when forming a high-frequency pulse on the basis of the period reference signal, the level setting signal, the pulse number signal and the clock pulse.

    Abstract: Provided is multi-phase interleaving control in a power supply device, the control allowing the pulse widths ΔT of respective phases to overlap one another, so as to be adaptable to wideband pulse power control. In applying dead beat control to the multi-phase interleaving, constant current control is performed using combined current of the respective phase current values, and the pulse widths ΔT(k) is computed under this constant current control, thereby preventing variation of the pulse widths ΔT(k) between the phases, and achieving stable power control. Accordingly, the pulse power control becomes adaptable to wideband. Furthermore, wideband control is possible also in two-level pulse power control that performs control by switching at high frequency between High-level power and Low-level power.

    Abstract: A DC pulse power supply device (1) includes: a DC power supply (10); a pulsing unit (20A) that generates a pulse output using a step-up chopper circuit connected to the DC power supply; and a regeneration unit (30). The regeneration unit regenerates, to the DC power supply, the voltage component among a reactor voltage (VDCL) of a DC reactor (21A) in the step-up chopper circuit exceeding a set voltage. Thus, the voltage of the step-up chopper circuit is clamped to a prescribed voltage to suppress excessive voltage increases. Moreover, resistor energy consumption is eliminated and the efficiency of supplying power to a load is boosted by regeneration to the DC power supply.

    Abstract: A first link mechanism section converts linear motion of a driving slider into swing motion of a swing end roller. A second link mechanism section swings in cooperation with the swing end roller on a roller contact surface of a second link lever section, and an output end roller changeable in attachment position presses a driven slider fixed to a gap filler plate. In a fully protruded state and a fully stored state of the gap filler plate, the direction of acting force of the roller contact surface pressing the swing end roller aligns with a straight line connecting the swing end roller and a swing shaft of a first link lever section.
