摘要: An AC motor control device controls an inverter that supplies an alternating current to an AC motor which is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. The AC motor control device includes: pulse width modulation signal generation means that supplies a pulse width modulation signal to the inverter so that a position detection voltage vector for detection of the position of the rotor of the AC motor is applied to the AC motor; current derivative detection means that detects a current derivative occurring due to application of the position detection voltage vector to the AC motor; rotor position computation means that computes an estimated position of the rotor of the AC motor; rotor position correction means that corrects the estimated position; and drive control means that controls the pulse width modulation signal generation means so as to drive the AC motor.

摘要: A motor control device controls an AC motor by sensorless control. The motor control device includes: an inverter; a multilayer printed circuit board including an inner layer having a wiring pattern provided in a current line connecting the inverter to a winding of the AC motor; a plurality of chip inductors mounted on a major surface of the multilayer printed circuit board in opposed relation to the wiring pattern, and connected in series to form a series circuit having a midpoint connected to a reference potential; load resistors connected between the midpoint of the series circuit and the opposite ends of the series circuit; a differential amplification circuit connected to the series circuit; and a control unit that estimates the position of the rotor of the AC motor by using an output of the differential amplification circuit, and generates the pulse width modulation signal to be supplied to the inverter.

摘要: A method for mitigating voltage disturbances at a point of interconnection (POI) of a grid-forming inverter-based resource (IBR) due to flicker includes receiving a voltage reference command and a voltage feedback. The voltage feedback contains information indicative of the voltage disturbances at the POI due to the flicker. The method also includes determining a power reference signal for the IBR based on the voltage reference command and the voltage feedback. Moreover, the method includes generating a current vector reference signal based on the power reference signal, the current vector reference signal containing a frequency component of the voltage disturbances. Further, the method includes generating a transfer function of a regulator based on the frequency component to account for the flicker effect. In addition, the method includes generating a current vector based on a comparison of the current vector reference signal and a current vector feedback signal. Thus, the method includes regulating a voltage vector command using the current vector to mitigate the voltage disturbances.

摘要: A method of determining angular position (θ) of a rotor of an N-phase permanent magnet motor (PMM). A processor having an associated stored angular position determination (APD) algorithm is programmed to implement the algorithm to cause an associated motor controller to execute steps including forcing one vector at a time a phase vector set of current or voltage vectors to stator terminals of windings for the N-phases a positive and negative magnitude vector, wherein the vector magnitude is sufficiently small to not move the rotor, and a time duration for the forcing current or voltage vectors is essentially constant. The resulting stator current or voltage levels are measured for each current or voltage vector. An N-dimension current vector or voltage vector is generated from superposition of the resulting stator current levels or resulting stator voltage levels. The N-dimension current vector or voltage vector is used to determine angular position.

摘要: A device for estimating a rotation speed and/or a direction of rotation of an induction machine is presented. The device controls stator voltages (uu, uv, uw) of the induction machine so that a voltage space-vector constituted by the stator voltages has a fixed direction and a current space-vector constituted by stator currents (iu, iv, iw) of the induction machine has a pre-determined length or a predetermined d-component. The rotation speed and/or the direction of rotation is/are estimated based on a waveform of a q-component of the current space-vector, where the d-component of the current space-vector is parallel with the voltage space-vector and the q-component of the current space-vector is perpendicular to the voltage space-vector. The device is usable when the induction machine does not have enough magnetic flux for flux-based determination of the rotation speed and/or the direction of rotation.
