    摘要: A system and method in an audio signal electrical circuit including a feedback loop with a digital filter coupled to a current digital to analog converter (IDAC) includes providing an output signal from the IDAC to analog elements of the audio signal electrical circuit, the output signal from the IDAC based upon a reference signal input to the IDAC when an output of the digital filter is not input to the IDAC. The system and method also include comparing an output signal of the audio signal electrical circuit to a reference, and calibrating the audio signal electrical circuit to correspond the output signal of the audio signal electrical circuit to the reference. Calibration of the audio signal electrical circuit enables more precise control of a cut-off frequency of a microphone signal when the output of the digital filter is input to the IDAC.

The receiver includes a demodulator configured to demodulate the modulated signal responsive to a first carrier signal. The demodulator includes a filter and a gain adjusting circuit configured to adjust a gain of the filter, and to generate the set of control signals based on a voltage of the filtered first signal and a voltage of the first signal. The gain adjusting circuit includes a first peak detector coupled to the filter, and configured to detect a peak value of the voltage of the filtered first signal.

    摘要: High-data rate channel interface modules and equalization methods employing a finite impulse response (FIR) analog receive filter. Embodiments include an illustrative channel interface module having multiple amplifier-based delay units arranged in a sequential chain to convert an analog input signal into a set of increasingly-delayed analog signals that are weighted and combined together with the analog input signal to form an equalized signal; and a symbol decision element operating on the equalized signal to obtain a sequence of symbol decisions. An interface that extracts received data from the sequence of symbol decisions. The delay units may employ one or more delay cells each having a common-source amplifier stage followed by a source follower output stage, the two stages providing approximately equal portions of the propagation delay. An enhanced gate-to-drain capacitance in the common-source amplifier may increase propagation delay while reducing bandwidth limitations.

The laser scanning microscope includes a scanner that is operated at a predefined scanning speed and that is configured to change a direction of illumination light generated to illuminate the sample. A detector is configured to detect light that is returned from the sample and an amplifier assembly is connected to the detector and is configured to amplify a detection signal that is generated by the detector. The amplifier assembly includes an adjustable capacitor and a capacitance of the adjustable capacitor is adjusted depending on the scanning speed of the scanner.

    摘要: A pre-emphasis network used in a television signal jamming encoder has a variable gain tuned amplifier first stage and an attenuable notch filter and variable gain broadband amplifier second stage. The notch filter is tuned to a center frequency above the television signal intermediate frequency's visual carrier frequency resulting in 15 dB of increased pre-emphasis and a time delay which compensates for a time delay imparted by a decoding network upon decoding of a signal jammed by this encoder.
