    摘要: A system for controlling photosensitive charge transfers utilizes an array of photosensitive elements, a transfer gate, a charge transfer register, and a controller. The transfer gate is coupled to the photosensitive elements, and the charge transfer register is coupled to the transfer gate. The charge transfer register is configured to receive charges from the array of photosensitive elements, via the transfer gate, and to shift the charges out of the charge transfer register. The controller is configured to control the transfer gate such that charges are collected in each of the photosensitive elements and transferred, via the transfer gate, to the charge transfer register. The controller is further configured to enable the transfer gate during a time period when the charge transfer register is shifting a set of charges previously transferred from the array of photosensitive elements to the charge transfer register.

Rather than duplicating, in printers, computing and memory resources that are already in digital cameras, significant computing and memory resources need exist only in the camera. Printer parameters are uploaded from the printer to the camera to provide a basis for image processing specific to the associated printer; whereby compensation may be done for variations in the printer characteristics which may occur as a result of printer manufacturing variations, and further so that compensation may be done for different media types which may be installed in the printer.

    摘要: A digital camera image controller apparatus for a mobile phone is disclosed, which uses a sensing module to collect optical signal of an image and produce RGB (red, green, blue) image signal from the optical signal, and an image controller to receive the RGB image signal and accordingly produce a preview signal of the image to an LCD module. Also, the image controller outputs compressed or non-compressed image signal to a baseband processor. In addition, the image controller includes chromatic aberration interpolator and an RGB-to-YUV converter provided by a typical camera module. Therefore, the inventive camera module can include a sensing module simply having lens and sensor, thus avoiding defects caused by using the typical camera module.
