摘要: Systems, devices, and methods for controlling cooperative surgical instruments are provided. Various aspects of the present disclosure provide for coordinated operation of surgical instruments accessing a common body cavity of a patient from different approaches to achieve a common surgical purpose. For example, various methods, devices, and systems disclosed herein can enable the coordinated treatment of surgical tissue by disparate minimally invasive surgical systems that approach the tissue from varying anatomical spaces and operate in concert with one another to effect a desired surgical treatment.

摘要: An endoscope apparatus includes: a light source device alternately emitting a first illumination light group including green light and a second illumination light group not including the green light; an image sensor including color filters of a plurality of colors; and a processing circuit. The processing circuit generates a display image on the basis of an image obtained with the first illumination light group and an image obtained with the second illumination light group. The first illumination light group further includes blue narrowband light together with the green light. The processing circuit generates a green channel image in the display image on the basis of a green image and a blue narrowband image.

摘要: A modular endoscope system comprises a first modular section comprising imaging and illumination units, and a patient-insertable second modular section that can be detached to the first modular section via an attachment mechanism, wherein the first modular section is positionable at a distal end section of the second modular section and is configured to illuminate and image a portion of a patient anatomy. A method of using a modular endoscopy system comprises attaching a first modular section of the modular endoscopy system to a second modular section of the modular endoscopy system, positioning at least a portion of the modular endoscopy system within a patient, illuminating and imaging a portion of a patient anatomy via the first modular section, removing the modular endoscopy system from the patient, and detaching the second modular section from the first modular section after removal of the modular endoscopy system from the patient.

摘要: Portable surgical systems, methods, and kits are described. The surgical systems may include a camera configured to capture images, viewing equipment configured to receive and display the captured images, a processor, and a stand. The camera, the viewing equipment, the processor, and the stand are configured to be housed in a case. Surgery may be performed using the surgical system by retrieving surgical components from the case, assembling the retrieved surgical components into a surgical system, positioning a patient within the surgical system for surgery, configuring the surgical system, performing the surgery with the surgical system, reconfiguring the surgical system during the surgery, disassembling the surgical system after the surgery, and placing the components in the case.

An endoscope system according to the present disclosure performs image processing using a G1 image data (image data obtained by irradiating light of 524±3 nm to 582±3 nm) and at least one of R1 image (image data obtained by irradiating light of 630±3 nm to 700±3 nm) data other than the G1 image data, B1 image data (452±3 nm to 502±3 nm), R2 image data (image data obtained by irradiating light of 582±3 nm to 630±3 nm), G2 image data (image data obtained by irradiating light of 502±3 nm to 524±3 nm), and B2 image data (image data obtained by irradiating light of 420±3 nm to 452±3 nm) so as to generate a special light image (FIG. 7).

摘要: An endoscope system includes a light source apparatus to generate an illumination light including a first light in a red to near infrared region, a second light in a green region, and a third light in a blue region, an image pickup device to pick up an image of an object and output an image pickup signal, and a processor to generate a first to third color components corresponding to the first to third lights based on an image generated according to the image pickup signal. The processor generates two of three color components that are blue, green, and red included in an observation image by using a second color component, and generates one remaining color component by using a first color component, and generates respective color components of red, green, and blue included in a white light observation image by using the first to third color components.

摘要: A device and method for imaging vasculature are provided. The device includes an imaging probe to be inserted into a vasculature. The imaging probe emits infrared light through blood toward the vasculature, and gathers reflected from the vasculature for imaging. The device includes an infrared light source optically coupled to the imaging probe to provide infrared light, and an infrared light detector optically to the imaging probe to generate an imaging signal from the reflected light that is gathered. The device further includes a controller coupled to the infrared light source and coupled to the infrared light detector to generate an image of the vasculature from the imaging signal. The controller may employ ballistic photon imaging techniques, gated imaging techniques, polarizing light imaging techniques, structured light imaging techniques, and the like.
