摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure relate to absorbent articles with waist panels including frangible bonds, wherein a waist panel may be connected with a chassis and positioned in a front or back waist region. A first region of the waist panel is bonded with the chassis and extends laterally adjacent an outboard lateral edge of the waist panel, and at least a portion of an inboard lateral edge of the waist panel is unattached to the chassis so as to form a pocket during use. The waist panel is also releasably bonded with the chassis with a frangible bond positioned on the inboard lateral edge of the waist panel and/or longitudinally between the inboard lateral edge of the waist panel and the first region. The frangible bond may be an adhesive and/or mechanical bond and may be configured to break during production or during normal use of the absorbent article.

摘要： Embodiments relate to an absorbent pant that includes longitudinally opposing first and second waist regions and a crotch region between the first and second waist regions. Longitudinally opposing first and second waist panels are disposed in the first and second waist regions and connect to form a waist opening and a pair of leg apertures. A fastening zone area is disposed on at least one surface of the absorbent pant. In a wrapped configuration, at least one of the waist panels is configured to be laterally folded inward to engage the fastening zone area such that at least one of the leg apertures is at least partially sealed.

摘要： An Enhanced Sanitary Pad has various optional devices associated therewith in order to ameliorate painful conditions and also signal the amount of liquids absorbed therein. In this regard, an image is imprinted on one or more layers of a absorbent material within a sanitary pad. The image is affected by liquids such as menstrual flow to produce observable changes that signal a user to change the pad. The observable changes in the image include but are not limited to fading, color changing, glowing and or shining. Optionally, cooling crystals are embedded within an absorbent layer attached to a plastic backing material. Another option has a cooling strip associated with the pad at either end thereof, on the longitudinal sides of the pad or in appropriate locations thereabouts. Another teaching has an independent pleated protrusion having a peel strip attached thereto.

摘要： A disposable absorbent device for post-urinary drip has a sanitary shield or pad formed as a curved shell configured to substantially conform to the exterior surface of the penis glans, said shield or pad defining interior concave and exterior convex surfaces. A fluid permeable layer of sheet material lines at least a central portion of the interior surface of the shield or pad. Adhesive covered tabs about the periphery of the shell detachably secures the shield on the glands to provide contact with the fluid permeable layer. A fluid impermeable layer is provided on at least a portion of the exterior surface so that a disposable absorbent device may be secured to the glans for covering the urethral opening in the glans for capturing and retaining any fluid drip post urination or post sexual activity with the shield without manipulation or physical transformation of the device prior to application, while providing a virtual barrier to reduce exposure of the glans from fluid absorbed by said shield. A dispenser for a disposable hygienic device formed as a cylindrical container having a cylindrical wall, a closed bottom wall and top opening. The container allows devices to freely move from the bottom wall to the top opening. A support member within the container supports a plurality of stacked devices for advancing a device at the top of a stack to the top opening. The support member includes tabs for manual application of an upward force to the support member for a user to elevate the support member and position an upper most device to the top opening for manual removal from the stack.
