摘要: The present invention discloses a large-volume ultrasonic tubular reactor including, in order from top to bottom: an ultrasonic transducer for generating ultrasound waves; an amplitude transformer, a tool head and a fluid tube. the fluid tube is provided inside the tool head away from the side of the tool head connected to the amplitude transformer, or is connected to the outer side surface of the side of the tool head away from the amplitude transformer. The amplitude transformer is used for transferring the ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic transducer to the tool head. The present invention enables a low processing cost of the fluid tube, easier connection of the fluid tube to the tool head, and ensures the convergence of dispersed ultrasonic energy into the fluid tube while the length and volume of the fluid tube is large.

摘要: An electrolytic polishing treatment method for a nickel-based alloy workpiece made by lamination manufacturing comprises the following steps. Step (A) comprises performing a sandblasting treatment on the nickel-based alloy workpiece, followed by ultrasonic oscillation of the sandblasted nickel-based alloy workpiece in an oxalic acid solution. Step (B) comprises placing the nickel-based alloy workpiece in an electrolyte solution containing methanol, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid and performing electrolytic polishing on the nickel-based alloy workpiece at a constant voltage after step (A). The processes of oxalic acid activation and electrolytic polishing are used to avoid the problems of residual stress and processing directionality caused by conventional mechanical processing and make the surface properties of the entire workpiece uniform.

摘要: Ultrasonic horns having improved longevity and simplified manufacturing approaches that can be more easily adapted to ultrasonic reactor chambers or batch processing containers. The ultrasonic horn designs increase the uniformity and intensity of acoustic energy radiated into a liquid medium and thus better correspond to the requirements of a particular sonochemical or sonomechanical process. The ultrasonic horns do not require a specific number of cylindrical sections and allow for various lengths and profiles of variable-diameter sections. The ultrasonic horns also reduce stress in the material of the ultrasonic horns and therefore extend longevity.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a preparation method of a amylodextrin and belongs to the technical field of starch chemical modification. According to the method, de-clustering and complexation effects of ultrasonic waves are used to achieve de-clustering of a starch chain and complexation of an amorphous region and an emulsifier, and then α-amylase and pullulanase are used to achieve complex enzymolysis. Because the amorphous region and the emulsifier form a complex which is resistant to enzymolysis, the amorphous region is prevented from being destroyed. Finally, dextrins of different molecular weights are separated by a membrane separation method, so as to obtain a amylodextrin product with low polydispersity coefficient and narrow molecular weight distribution, and the starch comprehensive utilization efficiency is increased to 70% or above.
