摘要: A conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor has a conveyor belt and a plurality of support elements extending outward from the article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt advancing upward along the incline. The conveyor may be positioned at an inclined angle relative to the horizontal ground, i.e., between about 5° and 85° or the conveyor can be substantially vertical, i.e., about 90° relative to the horizontal ground. The support elements prevent conveyed articles from sliding down the conveyor belt on the inclined conveyor and carry and hold articles on substantially vertical conveyors. The article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt may provide a low-friction retention surface to articles leaning away from the conveyor belt on the incline.

A sorting device includes an image acquisition unit; an image processing unit configured to identify and analyze each product in the bulk flow; a decision unit configured to determine the products to be separated; a separation unit arranged to separate at least some of the products coming from the bulk flow; and a unit for conveying the agricultural products in the form of bulk flow. The sorting device may further include means for turning over the agricultural products on themselves, mounted in the conveying unit facing the image acquisition unit, and configured to allow an exposure to the image acquisition unit, of the different parts of the conveyed agricultural products.

摘要: An automating seed sorting system is provided comprising a tray subsystem, a de-lidding subsystem, an extraction subsystem, and a collection subsystem. The tray subsystem is configured to remove at least one tray from a cart and, subsequently, return the at least one tray to the cart. The de-lidding subsystem is structured and operable to remove a lid from the at least one tray. The extraction subsystem is configured to extract one or more seeds from the at least one tray and release the one or more seeds into a funnel assembly. And, the collection subsystem includes the funnel assembly, wherein the collection subsystem is structured and operable to align at least one receptacle with the funnel assembly and direct the one or more seeds into the at least one receptacle via the funnel assembly.

摘要: An automated, single level, package sortation system may include a conveyance mechanism, a package induct station with a first robotic arm, a first drive unit, a cart building station with a second robotic arm, a cart, and a cart transfer station. Each package and cart of the system may have an associated destination. A package may be transferred by a first robotic arm from a conveyance mechanism to a first drive unit, and then transferred by a second robotic arm from a first drive unit to a cart associated with the same destination as the package. Then, the cart may be transferred via a cart transfer station to the destination associated with the cart and all packages contained therein.

摘要: Provided is a method for blending of agricultural product utilizing hyperspectral imaging. At least one region along a sample of agricultural product is scanned using at least one light source of different wavelengths. Hyperspectral images are generated from the at least one region. A spectral fingerprint for the sample of agricultural product is formed from the hyperspectral images. A plurality of samples of agricultural product is blended based on the spectral fingerprints of the samples according to parameters determined by executing a blending algorithm.

The controller activates the motor, monitors an image from the camera for recognition of a printed golf ball marking, and activates a ball gate. A selected golf ball is directed to a corresponding sort bin by the ball gate.

摘要: The present invention discloses an automated waste sorter (100) for sorting/segregating one or more categories of materials from a mixed waste stream. The automated waste sorter (100) includes a primary conveyor belt (110), an encoder (170), one or more sensors (131), a vision system (130) and an ejection means (150). The primary conveyor belt (110) moves the mixed waste stream at a predefined speed. The vision system (130) is trained to analyze the frame to identify, classify and locate one or more classified waste material using at least one of a plurality of identity parameters and/or a plurality of other parameters. The ejection means (150) includes one or more manifolds to eject the one or more classified waste material based on the one or more coordinates communicated by the vision system (130). A method to operate the automated waste sorter (100) is also disclosed.
