摘要: A method for preparing an ultrafine-grained superalloy bar, the method including: 1) designing a rolling machine including two rollers and two guide plates, where each of the two rollers includes a first roller and a second roller; the first roller includes a first curve and the second roller includes a second curve; the first curve and the second curve form a generatrix of the two rollers; 2) disposing the two guide plates with two curved surfaces thereof opposite to each other; disposing the two rollers to be between the two guide plates; where the two rollers and the two guide plates form a deformation zone of the rolling machine; and 3) driving the two rollers to rotate around their central axes, heating and introducing a superalloy blank from a gap between two first rollers to the deformation zone of the rolling machine; advancing the superalloy blank towards two second rollers.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a linear cutter permits continuous manufacturing of linear cutters and achieving remarkable reduction in processing steps, processing time, and a process cost, and is immediately feasible to linear cutters having special lengths. The method includes the steps of: preparing a pair of roller dies for forming a die hole for processing a wire rod into a predetermined shape, the die hole having keen angle parts for forming a cutting edge; and causing the wire rod to pass through the die hole in a state that the roller dies revolve and thereby forming a sectional shape of the wire rod into a pre-set shape and, at the same time, forming a cutting edge at least at one edge of the wire rod.

Each cylinder or rotating drum is associated with a speed changing device, so that the housing receives bar portions at different speeds, depending on the fact that the housing belong to one first or to at least second rotating cylinder, in order to avoid overlap of the bar portions when the same are discharged onto the cooling plate.

摘要: A flat wire or a narrow strip has a profiled cross-section and is composed of a high-strength steel having the following composition (in weight-%): C 0.2-0.9%, Mn 12-25%, Si up to 0.5%, Al 0.5-2.0%, Cr 1.8-3.5%, S max. 0.005%, P max. 0.06%, N max. 0.1%, Mo max. 1.5%, B max. 0.01%, Ni max. 2.0%, Cu max. 2.0%, Ca max. 0.015%, Nb 0.02-0.35% and/or V 0.02-0.35%, and, as the remainder, iron and unavoidable, production-related contaminants. The wire or strip is cold-rolled and/or cold-profiled from wire-form precursor material, and has improved Rp0.2, Rm, and A80 mechanical values.

摘要: A steel wire rod includes, in terms of mass %, 0.95-1.10% C, 0.10-0.70% Si, 0.20-1.20% Mn, 0.90-1.60% Cr, 0-0.25% Mo, 0-25 ppm B, 0-0.020% P, 0-0.020% S, 0-0.0010% O, 0-0.030% N, and 0.010-0.100% Al. In a surface area of the steel wire rod, the Vickers hardness is HV 300 to HV 420, the area ratio of pearlite is 80% or more, and the area ratio of pro-eutectoid cementite is 2.0% or less. In an inner area of the steel wire rod, the area ratio of pearlite is 90% or more, and the area ratio of pro-eutectoid cementite is 5.0% or less. In the steel wire rod, the area ratio of pearlite blocks having an equivalent circle diameter of more than 40 μm is 0.62% or less, and the difference in Vickers hardness between the surface area and a center portion is HV 20.0 or less.

摘要: During rolling of front sections of rolling material in a rear group of roll stands of a rolling mill, rear sections of the rolling material are rolled in the front group of roll stands. A run-out speed with which the rolling material is exiting the front group of roll stands is detected. A run-in speed with which the rolling material is entering the rear group of roll stands is detected. A rolling speed with which the rear group of roll stands is driven is controlled by a controller such that a relation of the run-in speed to the run-out speed equals a predetermined value. The predetermined value is kept constant until a time point at which a tail end of the rolling material reaches a predetermined location upstream of the front group of roll stands, and is changed according to a predetermined function after the time point.
