摘要: The profiled metal fibre with a substantially rectangular cross-section, also with bent fibre ends in the form of a clip, is used to stabilise, bond, attach or join materials and construction materials such as concrete, wood, paper and the like. The fibre edges of the fibre outer surfaces extending in the longitudinal direction of the fibre are designed as edge surfaces (2) oriented at an angle to the fibre outer surfaces in the manner of a bevel. The two wider fibre outer surfaces (3.1, 3.2) of the rectangular fibre are provided with V-shaped channels (4) extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the edge surfaces (2) are provided with projections (6) and the V-shaped channels (4) are provided with end zones (5) that bound their longitudinal extent. The projections form anchoring heads and the end zones form anchor surfaces with respect to the material to be stabilised, bonded or attached.

摘要: The method serves for the production of a wire strip (1) comprising a plurality of wires (2) arranged parallel to each other. For this purpose a metal strip is first pre-notched either on one side or both sides for the formation of the wires (2), whereby wires (2) are generated which are still connected to webs (3). To transform the webs (3) subsequently into thin, easy to separate and, when separated, smooth and burr-free separation webs forming separation areas, the wire strip (1) is subjected to a milling process during which each web (3) is subjected to a multiple bending strain along the longitudinal axis thereof in such a way that incipient cracks form, due to fatigue fracture, in the area of the webs (3), and thereby the separation web is created.

摘要: Methods of producing pack rolled aluminum products by contacting bright finishes of two strips with each other, contacting matte finishes of each strip to a pair of work rolls, and rolling the strips through a sheet and foil rolling mill are disclosed. Concomitant to the contacting step is lubricating at least one of the bright finishes of the two strips. Each strip can achieve a reduction in thickness of at least about 65% after the rolling step.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for forming weakenings in a metal plate (8), comprising of: deforming the metal plate to a predetermined depth to form a weakening thinned portion along at least one line; and bending the metal plate along the line, characterized by displacing relative to each other the metal plate and at least one tool deforming the metal plate along the line and over at least one surface of the metal plate with a force directed substantially transversely of the metal plate and sufficient to deform the metal plate. The invention also relates to a device for performing thereof.

摘要: A refrigerant tube for use in heat exchangers comprises a flat tube having parallel refrigerant passages in its interior and comprising upper and lower walls and a plurality of reinforcing walls connected between the upper and lower walls, the reinforcing walls extending longitudinally of the tube and spaced apart from one another by a predetermined distance. The reinforcing walls are each formed with a plurality of communication holes for causing the parallel refrigerant passages to communicate with one another therethrough. Each of the reinforcing walls is 10 to 40% in opening ratio which is the proportion of all the communication holes in the reinforcing wall to the reinforcing wall.
