摘要: A method for making a wax model for the manufacture of a part, the part including at least one cavity, the method including: arranging at least two core elements made of a ceramic material into a wax mold, the core elements having at least partially a shape complementary to the cavity of the part to be manufactured, and injecting wax into the wax mold, around the core elements, so as to form the wax model, the two core elements being assembled prior to the injection of wax by at least one staple, the staple including a central portion from which two branches extend, each branch being fitted into an orifice formed in one of the core elements.

摘要: A hybrid method of casting a metal product is disclosed. The method includes obtaining a product design, creating a mold insert based on the product design, creating a mold base based on the product design, assembling the mold insert with the mold base to form an assembled mold, casting the metal product with the assembled mold, and post-processing the metal product. In some embodiments, creating a mold insert includes generating printing instructions for a mold insert based on the product design and printing a mold insert configured to mate with a product mold (for example, a mold produced by traditional sand molding processes) based on the printing instructions.

摘要: Methods and systems for creating a mold for a cast memorialization product are described herein. In a process for creating a mold, a three-dimensional (3D) model of a product design is generated. The product design includes customized features for a memorialization product. A mold design is generated based upon the 3D model of the product design. Printing instructions for creating the mold are generated and accessed by a processing device. The mold is created according to the printing instructions. A product, such as a bronze memorialization product, can be cast using the mold.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrotechnical coil, to a method for producing same, and to an electromagnet or an electric machine comprising at least one such coil. 摘要: A process manufactures a metal part for a turbomachine that includes first and second metal materials with different chemical compositions. The process includes the steps of obtaining an element of which at least a first metallic part is made of the first metallic material and placing the element in a first mold and pouring wax into the mold to at least partially cover the element. The first mold has an impression corresponding to at least part of an external surface of the metal part. The process further includes obtaining an assembly by removing the first mold and making a shell mold with a first ceramic around the assembly. The process also includes removing the wax from the shell mold and pouring the second metal material into the shell mold in place of the wax, and removing any ceramics present in the assembly.

摘要: A casting mould for casting complex-shaped castings from a molten metal. The casting mould has a mould cavity forming the casting and a delivery system that delivers molten metal into the mould cavity. The delivery system includes a sprue, a runner connected to the sprue and a feeder system connected to the runner. The mould cavity is connected to the feeder system or the runner via connections. When seen in the flow direction of the molten metal flowing from the sprue into the runner during the casting operation, the runner has a branch directed away from the sprue along the feeder system and has a directed-back branch adjoining the directed-away branch and guided along the feeder system in the opposite direction to the directed-away branch. The feeder system is connected to both the directed-away branch and the directed-back branch via two or more gates distributed along the respective branch.
