    摘要: A burr elimination device for a camshaft according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include: an operating cylinder configured to move a rod equipped in an end portion thereof in an up and down direction; an ascent/descent member connected to the rod of the operating cylinder; a rotation unit configured to rotate a camshaft that is held apart from the ascent/descent member and on which cam lobes are formed; a plurality of cylinder members disposed on the ascent/descent member corresponding to the cam lobes; a moving rod configured to be inserted into or drawn out of each of the cylinder members; a spring mounted inside each of the cylinder members and configured to elastically push the moving rod from the interior to the exterior of the cylinder member; and a burr elimination tool that is mounted on the end portion of the moving rod and that is configured to pivot in front/rear and left/right directions with respect to a predetermined center point for continuous elimination of a burr that is formed at an edge of a cam lobe.

A cutting insert includes: an upper surface and a lower surface facing each other and having a plurality of corner parts; a side surface connecting the upper surface and the lower surface and forming intersecting edges with the upper surface and the lower surface, respectively; and a through hole that has a central axis extending from the upper surface to the lower surface and that is formed for penetration from the upper surface to the lower surface. A corner cutting edge arranged at a position corresponding to a corner part of the upper surface, a minor cutting edge connected to a first end of the corner cutting edge, and a major cutting edge connected to a second end of the corner cutting edge are formed on the intersecting edge between the upper surface and the side surface. A flank of the corner cutting edge and a recessed part located on the lower surface side of the flank of the corner cutting edge are formed on the side surface.

    摘要: An improved solid cemented carbide ball nose end mill is provided which enables a cutting of a quenched or hardened difficult-to-machine material without any chipping or break of edge under the condition of a high speed and high load cutting. The improved end mill comprises a substantially semi-spherical ball nose portion provided with such cutting edges as to form a virtually S-shaped symmetrical configuration as viewed from the tip end and a tool body integral with said ball nose portion and having a peripheral cylindrical portion being provided with no peripheral cutting edge and a shank at the rear end thereof. The cutting edges extending from the tip end of the ball nose portion to the respective terminals positioned at the furthest at the vicinity of the border between the ball nose portion and the tool body are formed in the ball nose portion only. Preferably, each of a rake angle and a relief angle of the cutting edge is set between 0.degree. and -10.degree., and between 6.degree. and 16.degree., respectively, further the cutting edges are coated with a titanium-aluminum nitride based material film.

Each recessed cutting edge begins at a non-zero distance from the first end of the tool body and each non-recessed cutting edge extends to the first end of the tool body.

The cutting structure forming portion has a core portion and a surface portion provided on the attaching structure forming portion with the joint portion being interposed, and the surface portion covers at least a part of a surface of the core portion. The attaching structure forming portion includes a hard material including a hard component and one or two or more types of iron group elements, and the hard material has a Young's modulus of not more than 350 GPa. The core portion includes a cemented carbide material, and the surface portion includes PCD or CBN.
