    摘要: A boat cradle has two pair of channels comprised of two lower channels supporting two upper channels. The lower channel members are each pivotally fixed to its own upright; the upper channels support a plastic pad that rotates to match the bottom and the inclination of the boat. One of the inner ends of the lower channels mounts a transfer block, and the other mounts a transfer plate. The lower channels are kept generally to a horizontal position by a leaf spring; one end bearing against the bottom of the web of the lower channels and the other end fixed to the upright post. A cut out on the upright post limits the lower pair of supports beyond the horizontal in an upward direction.

    摘要: A semi-flexible hinge for interconnecting a floating dock wherein the dock is comprised of a pair of floating, rectangular sections positioned end-to-end in spaced-apart relation. The adjacent ends of the floating dock sections each have a vertical, planar face, facing and parallel to the face of the adjacent dock section. The semi-flexible hinge includes a channel member mounted to each of said adjacent dock faces. Each channel member has a pair of opposing flanges extending horizontally and perpendicularly in relation to the dock face. Each channel member has a plurality of U-shaped knuckles mounted thereon. The knuckles are comprised of a length of semi-flexible material. A hinge pin passes through the aperture of the aligned knuckles attached to both channel members such that the dock sections can pivot, twist, and move vertically relative to one another. In another illustrative embodiment, the semi-flexible hinge includes top and bottom hinge straps interconnecting the floating dock sections. The hinge straps are arranged substantially parallel to one another, and are secured at each end to opposing flanges attached to each dock face.

    摘要: An alignment guide for a pontoon boat lift that includes a pair of laterally spaced rails, where the spacing corresponds to the spacing between the pontoon floats. The rails are attached to the boat lift by adjustable brackets, so they are positioned at an elevation above the waterline of the pontoon floats, and below the deck that is supported by the floats. A stop bar is positioned at an elevation above the boat motor and extends between rail extensions that are directed downwardly and rearwardly from the spaced rails. The alignment guide functions to provide support under the deck of the pontoon boat, to limit movement of the craft from port and starboard, and to stop the craft when it has advanced to the full forward position to keep it properly positioned bow to stern.

    摘要: A personal water craft (PWC) dock has a molded platform, the platform having a main section with its upper surface contoured to provide an elongate recess extending the length of the platform. The recess is shaped and dimensioned to receive and support the hull of a PWC, the recess being asymmetrically located towards one side of the platform. A raised walkway deck section extends the length of the platform and is located towards the other side of the platform, the walkway deck section being located over a buoyancy chamber. The molded platform is configured at each end of the recess for selective installation of a centering roller or a bow stop as desired for convenience when siting the PWC dock and its walkway deck section in relation to a main dock.

    摘要: A boat hull washing apparatus includes a left structure and a right structure, one or more brushes arranged to wash a hull of a boat positioned between the structures. The apparatus is provided with a boat positioning assembly that includes a left and a right boat pushing device. The left and right boat pushing devices are attached to left/right structures respectively. The left boat pushing device is arranged to bias a boat, located between the left and right structures, away from the left structure, and the right device functions similar away from the right structure. In this way, the pushing devices are arranged to hold the boat in a lateral position. Using this arrangement of the left and right pushing devices to bias the boat away from the left and right structures, respectively, a single force generating unit is connected to both pushing devices.
