摘要: The invention relates to a system (1) for recovering an ocean-bottom seismometer (2), intended to be provided on a ship. The system comprises a receiving device (11) having an at least partially rigid structure, a guide barrier (121) to define, with the hull of the ship (3), a zone for guiding the ocean-bottom seismometer (2) towards the receiving device (11). A movement system (13) makes it possible to move the receiving device (11) between a low position in which the receiving device (11) is at least partially submerged and a high position enabling an operator or an apparatus present on the ship (3) to recover the ocean-bottom seismometer (2) carried by the receiving device (11). The invention also relates to a ship provided with the system and to a corresponding recovery method.

The surface vessel is advanced across the water, obtaining a flow of water relative to the vessel in the aperture or gap through the underwater ramp structure, the underwater unit is supported on the incline of the ramp structure, and the underwater unit is moved up or down the incline to facilitate the launch or recovery of the underwater unit.

摘要: A device for launching and recovering a box sampler includes a suspension coop, a rail assembly, a moving mechanism, a power unit, and a lifting frame. The rail assembly is fixedly arranged on a deck. The moving mechanism is arranged on the rail assembly and can move along the rail assembly. A fixed end of the power unit is articulated with a top end of the moving mechanism, and an extending end of the power unit is articulated with an open end of an upper frame of the lifting frame. A closed end of the upper frame of the lifting frame is articulated with a front end of the moving mechanism. According to the device for launching and recovering a box sampler, the box sampler can be smoothly launched and recovered. The sampler in the suspension coop can be kept horizontal and is prevented from severely shaking.

A method of retrieving autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) is also disclosed, the method comprising towing a submerged retrieval device with a surface vessel; loading the AUVs into the submerged retrieval device as it is towed by the surface vessel; and after the AUVs have been loaded into the submerged retrieval device, lifting the submerged retrieval device containing the AUVs out of the water and onto the surface vessel.
