摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for the pyrometallurgical smelting of metal-containing raw materials, waste materials and/or secondary waste materials (M), wherein these are fed in shredded form to a smelting unit (1) which includes a smelting zone (6), a main reaction zone (7) and a secondary reaction zone (8) and are smelted in the presence of an oxidizing, reducing and/or inert gas and/or gas mixture (G), such that a liquid melt phase (9), a liquid slag phase (10) and a gas phase are formed. The oxidizing, reducing and/or inert gas and/or gas mixture (G) is supplied in compressed form via at least one injector (11) and is expanded adiabatically within the smelting unit (1) and is then injected as adiabatically expanded gas and/or gas mixture into the liquid slag phase (10).

摘要: A continuous process for low temperature reduction of metal oxides from carbonaceous material, using in situ produced reducing gas. In particular, a method of reducing metal oxide to metal in a continuous process comprising:
(a) continuously introducing composite bodies comprising low rank carbonaceous material and metal oxide containing material that are in intimate contact and in a dry mix ratio of from about 1:2 to about 1:10 to an upper region of an upright retort;
(b) conveying said bodies from said upper region to a heated lower region of said retort wherein said composite bodies are exposed to increasing temperature of up to about 950° C. and wherein said composite bodies are exposed to reducing gas generated in situ for a period of from about 15 minutes to about 3 hours to thereby produce a reduced metal containing product; and

摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of non-ferrous metal reduction, and specifically to a method and device for accurately controlling a reduction valence state of high-purity vanadium pentoxide. An example method includes: introducing a reducing gas into the vanadium pentoxide to carry out a reduction reaction under a heating condition to obtain a mixture; weighing the mixture during the reduction reaction, and stopping the reaction when the weight of the mixture reaches a specified value; and introducing a cooling gas into the mixture for cooling to obtain calcine. An example device includes: a conveying member; a casing arranged on the conveying member; a partition member on the casing and dividing the inside of the casing into a reduction zone and a protection cooling zone; a material storage member on the conveying member for placing materials; and a weighing member on the conveying member.

摘要: The present invention relates to a reduction device using a liquid metal, which can improve the oxidation reaction of a reducing agent for reducing a material to be reduced using a liquid metal, while simultaneously effectively controlling the same. The reduction device according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit in which the liquid metal is supplied and stored; a reducing agent positioned in the storage unit; a reduction unit positioned on a side of the storage unit, which receives a material to be reduced and enables fluid communication with the storage unit; and a liquid metal storage unit. According to the present invention, a reducing agent, which has strong reducing ability, is sublimated using a liquid metal, thereby further improving the reduction capability, and the same is also controlled precisely, thereby removing restrictions on use resulting from the explosive reaction of the reducing agent, and guaranteeing efficient operation.
