摘要: This invention provides low karat, low silver, 6 kt gold-copper-zinc alloys with acceptable workability that can be processed into wire, tube, sheet stock, or cast. The alloys are annealed at 1200° F., rapidly cooled, and heat treated at about 600° to 800° F., which increases the hardness and durability in finished parts made from these alloys. The alloys include grain refiners. The alloys are resistant to oxidation from sweat and tarnishing. Additional fabrication operations can form jewelry items such as balls, chain, hoops and studs.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses use of a copper-chromium alloy in a medical biopsy puncture needle. The copper-chromium alloy used as a material for a needle core and/or needle tube of the puncture needle. The copper-chromium alloy includes the following components by mass: 10≤Cr≤20, 0.04≤Zr≤0.1, and the balance of Cu. According to the present disclosure, a copper alloy with designed components is obtained by combining a diamagnetic material Cu with paramagnetic Cr and Zr, and compared with existing medical stainless steel and titanium alloy, the copper alloy has greatly reduced magnetic susceptibility, and specifically, the artifact area and volume are also significantly reduced. In addition, the blank of use of the copper alloy in medical biopsy paracentesis is filled.

摘要: Bendability of a copper alloy wire is improved without decrease in an electrical conductivity of the copper alloy wire made of copper alloy containing zirconium. A cable includes: a two-core stranded wire formed by intertwining two electrical wires made of a conductor and an insulating layer covering the conductor; a filler formed around the two-core stranded wire; and a sheath formed around the filler and the electrical wire. The conductor is a copper alloy wire in which a precipitate containing the zirconium disperses, and has a crystal gain diameter that is equal to or smaller than 1 μm, an electrical conductivity that is equal to or higher than 87% IACS, and a tensile stress that is equal to or larger than 545 MPa.

摘要: A preparation method of a uniform low stress cone shaped charge liner includes the steps of multi-pass extrusion forming, vibration aging treatment, and cryogenic treatment. The step of multi-pass extrusion forming refers to 4 to 8 passes of extrusion deformation under the actions of a three-dimensional compressive stress and a deformation rate of 5 to 10 mm/s, having a deformation amount of 5 to 50% for each pass. The shaped charge liner prepared by the present invention has high dimensional accuracy, good geometric symmetry, low stress value, and excellent stability in the precise machining process and in use, which may significantly improve the penetration capability and stability of the shaped charge liner of high-explosive anti-tank warheads.

摘要: Provided is a Corson alloy having improved bending workability and also having high dimensional accuracy after press-working. A copper alloy strip which is a rolling material, the rolling material containing from 0 to 5.0% by mass of Ni or from 0 to 2.5% by mass of Co, the total amount of Ni+Co being from 0.2 to 5% by mass; from 0.2 to 1.5% by mass of Si, the balance being copper and unavoidable impurities, wherein the rolling material has a surface satisfying the relationship: 1.0≤I(200)/I0(200)≤5.0; wherein an area ratio of Cube orientation {100} is from 2 to 10% in EBSD measurement of a rolling parallel cross section; and wherein a ratio: (an average crystal grain size of Cube orientation {100} of the rolling parallel cross section)/(an average crystal grain size of the rolling parallel cross section) is from 0.75 to 1.5.

摘要: The invention is a precipitation-strengthened copper alloy, including the following components in percentage by weight: 80 wt %-95 wt % of Cu, 0.05 wt %-4.0 wt % of Sn, 0.01 wt %-3.0 wt % of Ni, 0.01 wt %-1.0 wt % of Si, and the balance of Zn and unavoidable impurities. According to the invention, the comprehensive performance of the alloy is improved by solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening; while the strength of the matrix is improved, the electrical conductivity of the alloy is hardly affected, the bending workability meets the requirements, and the stress relaxation resistance comparable to that of tin phosphor bronze is achieved. The comprehensive performance of the alloy of the invention is superior to that of the tin phosphor bronze C51900. Furthermore, the alloy of the invention is low in raw material cost, has obvious advantages in welding and plating.

摘要: A metal composition that includes a metal component and a flux. The metal component is composed of a first metal powder of a Sn-based metal, and a second metal powder of a Cu-based metal that has a higher melting point than the Sn-based metal. The flux includes a rosin, a solvent, a thixotropic agent, an activator, and the like. When the metal composition is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the first metal powder, the first metal powder is melted. The melted Sn and the CuNi alloy powder produce an intermetallic compound phase of a CuNiSn alloy through a TLP reaction.
