    摘要: This invention provides low karat, low silver, 6 kt gold-copper-zinc alloys with acceptable workability that can be processed into wire, tube, sheet stock, or cast. The alloys are annealed at 1200° F., rapidly cooled, and heat treated at about 600° to 800° F., which increases the hardness and durability in finished parts made from these alloys. The alloys include grain refiners. The alloys are resistant to oxidation from sweat and tarnishing. Additional fabrication operations can form jewelry items such as balls, chain, hoops and studs.

The copper-chromium alloy used as a material for a needle core and/or needle tube of the puncture needle.     摘要: Provided is a Corson alloy having improved bending workability and also having high dimensional accuracy after press-working.     摘要: The invention is a precipitation-strengthened copper alloy, including the following components in percentage by weight: 80 wt %-95 wt % of Cu, 0.05 wt %-4.0 wt % of Sn, 0.01 wt %-3.0 wt % of Ni, 0.01 wt %-1.0 wt % of Si, and the balance of Zn and unavoidable impurities. According to the invention, the comprehensive performance of the alloy is improved by solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening; while the strength of the matrix is improved, the electrical conductivity of the alloy is hardly affected, the bending workability meets the requirements, and the stress relaxation resistance comparable to that of tin phosphor bronze is achieved. The comprehensive performance of the alloy of the invention is superior to that of the tin phosphor bronze C51900. Furthermore, the alloy of the invention is low in raw material cost, has obvious advantages in welding and plating.

The flux includes a rosin, a solvent, a thixotropic agent, an activator, and the like. When the metal composition is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the first metal powder, the first metal powder is melted. The melted Sn and the CuNi alloy powder produce an intermetallic compound phase of a CuNiSn alloy through a TLP reaction.
