摘要: A manufacturing method for an antibacterial fiber includes the following steps. A dipping step is performed to soak a conductive fiber in a solution, in which the solution includes an ionic compound, and the ionic compound includes a metal cation. An oxidation step is performed by using the conductive fiber as an anode, such that an antibacterial material produced by the solution is adhered to a surface of the conductive fiber, in which the antibacterial material includes a metal oxide.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of producing an object having a fluorinated polymer coating free of per- and polyfluorinated acids and salts thereof, wherein the method comprises a step DF of depositing a fluorinated polymer coating on the object by means of plasma polymerization of a fluorinated precursor monomer and a step IG of exposing the object to an inhibiting gas which inhibits the formation of per- and polyfluorinated acids and salts thereof in or on the deposited fluorinated coating. Thereby step IG is carried out after step DF, and from the start of step DF until the end of step IG the object is treated in a substantially oxygen free atmosphere.

摘要: A process for producing a fluorinated polymer coating on a fabric substrate, including providing a first plasma source containing at least one pair of hollow-cathode plasma generating electrodes, injecting a first plasma generating gas in the at least one pair of hollow-cathode plasma generating electrodes, applying a first electrical power to the first plasma source, injecting a fluorinated monomer with an inert carrier gas between the at least one pair of hollow-cathode plasma generating electrodes, and depositing the fluorinated polymer coating on a surface of the fabric substrate by exposing the fabric substrate to the plasma of the first plasma source. The fluorinated polymer coating is water repellent.

摘要: A device and a method of flattening recycled carbon fiber material are provided. A main body is provided with two flat plates at an upper and a lower positions corresponding to each other and an ultrasonic unit is disposed on each of the flat plates. While in use, recycled carbon fiber material is placed at the lower flat plate and then at least one ultrasonic probe of the ultrasonic unit is driven to work and vibrate the recycled carbon fiber material into a flat and thin state. After the flattened recycled carbon fiber material being pressurized to form products required, the product has flat and smooth surfaces with special textures. A thickness of the product can be controlled and the product can be thinned according to users' needs, without surface treatment such as grinding, polishing, etc. Thereby production cost is reduced and yield rate of the products is improved.

The heterocyclic thiolate salt has 2 nitrogen groups and a third group that may be an NH, N—NH2, O, or S group. The substituent group is an aromatic or heterocyclic aromatic group. The electret webs may be a non-woven fibrous web or a film. The electret webs are suitable for use as filter media.

摘要: The invention relates to the textile industry, and specifically to methods for processing bast-fiber materials, for instance the fiber of flax, hemp, jute, nettle, kenaf, and others. The technical result which the present invention aims to achieve consists in: enhancing the quality of a cottonized fiber, when processing bast-fiber materials, by means of high-voltage electric pulse discharges following preliminary biochemical and final minimal mechanical processing; and in enhancing the physical/mechanical and spinning properties thereof, which, overall, allows for an optimized, efficient production process. Said technical result is achieved in that a bast-fiber material processing method includes a technological sequence of processes involving feeding raw material into a bale breaker, which is provided with a decompactor, and into a dosing system, processing using high-voltage electric pulse discharges, rinsing with emulsifying reagents, washing and press-drying in a drum-type installation, decompacting, final drying and light decompacting; the raw material is biochemically treated prior to being fed into high-voltage electric pulse discharge chambers.
