    摘要: A drip cover for a fenestration unit. The fenestration unit includes a frame and a slideable panel supported for sliding movement within the frame. A gap is defined between the slideable panel and the frame. The drip cover includes a mounting member configured to attach to the slideable panel. The drip cover also includes an overhang that projects from the mounting member and that is configured to cover over the gap when the mounting member is attached to the slideable panel. The overhang is supported for resilient flexure relative to the mounting member between a neutral position and a flexed position. The overhang is resiliently biased toward the neutral position. The overhang, when the mounting member is attached to the slideable panel, is configured to contact a surface, thereby resiliently flexing the overhang between the neutral position and the flexed position, as the slideable panel slides relative to the surface.

    摘要: A prefabricated flashing product for an opening in an exterior surface of a structure includes a generally planar flange shaped to conform to the exterior surface, the flange extending outwardly from an entire perimeter of an aperture therein that corresponds to the opening, and a return that seals to the flange about the aperture and extends substantially perpendicularly therefrom toward an inward direction of the opening. The flange and the return are monolithically formed of a waterproof material. A method of integrating a fenestration product into an opening of an exterior surface of a structure includes inserting the flashing product described above into the opening, and inserting the fenestration product at least partially into the aperture of the flashing product.

The system can have a moveable door or panel with a blade extending from a bottom rail of the door or panel. The blade can rest on the rollers and the rollers facilitate the door or panel moving longitudinally along the sill. The sill can be installed below a top surface of a floor, making the system less visible. The system can include a brush insert that protects against debris entering the sill. The brush insert can be removed from the sill to allow access to the rollers.

    摘要: A threshold includes a substantially vertically upstanding nosing extending along a longitudinal axis of the threshold and a substantially vertically upstanding dam spaced from and substantially parallel to the upstanding nosing. A threshold cap is disposed at least partially across a gap between the upstanding nosing and the upstanding dam. A support, which supports the threshold cap, is located at least partially within the gap. The threshold cap is adjustable between at least a raised position and a lowered position. The threshold cap is biased toward the raised position when the door panel of the entryway is in an open position. The threshold cap pivots about a pivot axis parallel with the longitudinal axis. The pivot axis is not a central axis of the threshold cap.

    摘要: A method for forming a sill pan is provided that includes the measurement of a width and length of an opening sill to be sealed. A piece of flexible sill pan material is cut based on the measured opening sill. Fold lines and cuts are created in the piece to form the sill pan. The resulting sill pan is readily formed to have at least one attribute of self-adherence, draining without shims, nail hole self-sealing, and provision of dams without resort to frame cutting.
