    摘要: The invention relates to a drilling tool and a method for producing a bore in the ground, in which method ground material is carried away by a removal device on the underside of a main body of the drilling tool, flushing air is supplied by a feeding device into the bore, which is filled with drilling fluid, in the area of the removal device and ground material carried away by means of the flushing air is transported away through a discharge line. According to the invention, the ground material is transported to a receiving area in an upper section of the main body. A collecting hood is provided above the receiving area, which closes off the receiving area at the top, forming an air collecting space in which air collects. An outlet valve by means of which air is discharged from the air collecting space is arranged on the collecting hood.

    摘要: A masonry coring system for drilling vertical holes in a masonry wall comprises a drill bit in the form of a thin-walled cylinder having a cutting end face, a plurality of cutting elements fastened to the cutting end face, and a core breaker located within the interior of the cylinder. The coring system further comprises a driver plate fastened to the drill bit opposite the cutting end face, a driver shaft having a small axial hole therein fastened to the upper surface of the driver plate, a hydraulic motor to rotate the driver shaft, a non-rotating plastic pipe slightly larger than and surrounding the driver shaft, the plastic pipe resting on the driver plate and containing a plurality of holes located at the end near the driver plate. An air compressor forces compressed air through the axial hole in the driver shaft. An evacuation system withdraws the drilling dust through the annulus between the driver shaft and pipe and into a dust collector.

    摘要: A drilling tool is adapted for being releasably mounted to a lower end of a rod string (20) of a drilling rig (30) and includes a container (2) having a cylindrical or truncated-cone shape fitted at the lower end with a plurality of cutting tools or cutters (10) for crushing rock. The drilling tool (1) further includes a plate (3) for releasably retaining a plurality of modular elements (14) forming a load (13), and curved blades (9), which are located proximate to the cutting tools (10), adapted for conveying rock spalls into the container (2) through suitable apertures (8) in a bottom of the container (2). The cutting tools (10) are mounted to a plurality of radial plates (7) securely fixed proximate to the bottom edge of the container (2). The curved blades are welded to the edges of the radial plates (7), the concavity of each blade (9) being arranged facing the direction of rotation of the drilling tool (1).

    摘要: In an assembly made up of a spindle formed integrally with a revolving cutting element, the longitudinal axis of the spindle being the axis of rotation of the cutting element, the spindle is set into a cylindrical bearing. The bearing is fixed in the main body of the bit. The bearing element and a plate form a thrust surface with the end of the bearing at right angles to the axis of rotation of the spindle, which the other end of the bearing element made with the flange projecting outwards is held in the cutting element by means of the retaining ring which is fixed in the cutting element. A thrust surface at right angles to the axis of the rotation of the spindle is created between the top end of the bearing element and the cutting element and another between the retaining ring and the main body of the bit. By maintaining the spindle centrally in the bearing the wear on the bearing is radically reduced.

    摘要: A drilling device which can be lowered in a drill hole consists of a drive device, a drill which is rotated by this drive device and a clamping device formed as a unit which can be engaged with the inside wall of the drill hole and serves to transfer the torque of the drive to the drill. The drill consists of a ring-shaped housing, the outside diameter of which corresponds with the diameter of the drill hole and the upper part of is closed off by a plate. The housing contains several cutting tools which are equipped with bore crowns which serve to cut out a drill core and which are arranged at uniform distances and parallel with the longitudinal axis of the drilling device. Using additional drive devices, the cutting tools are designed to impart impact impulses and/or additional rotational movements in an axial direction. All drive devices are fluid actuated in such a manner that the clamping device is actuated initially and the drill is subsequently activated by the increasing pressure of the fluid medium.
