摘要: A bearing component for mounting a replaceable milling drum on an earth working machine includes an annular connecting flange having a central axis. A bearing stem protrudes from the connecting flange axially in a first direction to a first axial end, the bearing stem having an outer surface including at least first and second cylindrical bearing surfaces axially spaced from each other. The bearing stem further includes a centering recess open at a second axial end opposite the first axial end, the centering recess including an opening angle decreasing in steps so that the centering recess tapers in the first direction, the centering recess forming a portion of the central opening.

摘要: An earth working machine encompasses a machine body having a machine frame and a drive configuration rotationally drivable relative to the machine frame around a drive axis (A). It further encompasses a working apparatus (32) for earth working to which the drive configuration is releasably connected in drive torque-transferring fashion for rotation together, the drive configuration projecting from an axial end axially into the working apparatus (32) and the working apparatus (32) being retained on the drive configuration, against axial displacement relative to the drive configuration, by an accessible central bolt arrangement having a bolt axis collinear with the drive axis (A). Provision is made according to the present invention that the earth working machine encompasses a bolting moment bracing arrangement (82) which is connected or connectable in bolting moment-transferring fashion to a bolt component, helically movable relative to the drive configuration, of the bolt arrangement, and which comprises a bracing region (82e, 82gf) that is embodied for bolting moment-bracing abutment in a bracing bolting direction against a counterpart bracing region (84b, 84c), the drive configuration being embodied to be driven to rotate, in a rotation direction codirectional with the bracing bolting direction, while the bracing region (82e, 82f) is in abutment against the counterpart bracing region (84b, 84c).

The shoulder engages the first surface of the holder. The shank includes a projection adjacent the second end. The cutting bit assembly also includes a retainer having a groove and a resilient member. The groove engages a portion of the projection. The resilient portion engages the second surface of the holder and biases the retainer along the shank axis and away from the holder.

摘要: A cutter bit includes a wear resistant element replaceably mounted to a front surface immediately below the cutting surface of the cutter bit. The body of the cutter bit is generally formed of a hardened steel, the cutting surface can be a diamond composition fixed in a step in the upper end of the cutter bit including side edges that taper laterally outwardly toward a lower edge of the cutting surface situated adjacent to the wear resistant element and the wear resistant element is preferably formed of a carbide composition or a sintered diamond composition. The wear resistant element can have an upper edge that closely conforms to the shape of an adjacent lower edge of the cutting surface, and can be coupled to a front end of a stem passing through an opening in the cutter bit immediately below the cutting surface, the opening being perpendicular to at least a portion of the back surface of the cutter bit.

The bit shank has a front shank face, which is concave. The bit shank also has a rear shank face disposed on an opposite side of the bit shank with respect to the front shank face. The bit shank further has a first lateral shank face connected to the front shank face and the rear shank face. The first lateral shank face includes a first groove extending from the front shank face in direction of the rear shank face. The groove receives a securing pin.
