    摘要: A variable capacity screw compressor comprises a suction port, at least two screw rotors and a discharge port being configured in relation to a selected rotational speed that operates at least one screw rotor at an optimum peripheral velocity that is independent of a peripheral velocity of the at least one screw rotor at a synchronous motor rotational speed for a rated screw compressor capacity. A motor is configured to drive the at least one screw rotor at a rotational speed at a full-load capacity that is substantially greater than the synchronous motor rotational speed at the rated screw compressor capacity. A variable speed drive receives a command signal from a controller and generates a control signal that drives the motor at the selected rotational speed.

    摘要: An impeller-type liquid ring compressor having a particular bearing configuration. Such a bearing arrangement may completely support the impeller as it rotates, eliminating many of the problems inherent in the prior art designs without changing the general overhung impeller design. This may allow the impeller-type liquid ring compressor to be easily retrofitted in existing use environments, such as, for example, oil and gas processing facilities, oil refineries, and petrochemical processing facilities. In some exemplary embodiments, a thrust bearing may be located on the front face of the impeller, or radial bearings may be disposed between the vanes of the impeller. A radial bearing and thrust bearing may further be disposed on the shaft side of the impeller close to the impeller itself. The compressor may be configured so that the process fluid carries heat away from each of these bearings.

    摘要: In the two-cylinder hermetic compressor, a main bearing is disposed on one surface of a first cylinder, an intermediate plate is disposed on another surface of the first cylinder, the intermediate plate is disposed on one surface of a second cylinder, and an auxiliary bearing is disposed on another surface of the second cylinder. A shaft is constituted by a main shaft portion which has a rotor attached thereto and is supported by the main bearing, a first eccentric portion having a first piston attached thereto, a second eccentric portion having a second piston attached thereto, and an auxiliary shaft portion supported by the auxiliary bearing. A thrust receiving portion is provided on a side of the second eccentric portion facing the auxiliary shaft portion, and the auxiliary bearing is provided with a thrust surface on which the end face of the thrust receiving portion slides while contacting therewith. The thrust surface is provided with a ring groove.
