摘要: A control method for controlling retraction of a boom is applied to a hydraulic system which combines retraction of the boom by self-weight with retraction of the boom by pressure. The control method includes: when the boom is retracted, controlling the self-weight retraction proportional valve to be at a maximum opening; obtaining an actual speed at which the boom is retracted; controlling a rotation speed of the pressure retraction motor to rise or an opening degree of the pressure retraction proportional valve to increase when the actual speed is less than a preset speed; and controlling the rotation speed of the pressure retraction motor to reduce or the opening degree of the pressure retraction proportional valve to decrease when the actual speed is greater than the preset speed.

摘要: This hydraulic drive system includes: first and second circuit systems; first and second hydraulic pumps; a merge valve that opens and closes a merge passage connecting the hydraulic pumps; an operation device that outputs an operation command corresponding to an amount of operation specifying an amount of actuation of first and second hydraulic actuators; and a control device that controls the merge valve according to the operation command from the operation device. The first circuit system includes: a first meter-in control valve that controls a meter-in flow rate of the working fluid that flows to the first hydraulic actuator; and a first meter-out control valve that controls a meter-out flow rate of the working fluid that is drained from the first hydraulic actuator into a tank. The control device controls an opening degree of the first meter-in control valve and an opening degree of the first meter-out control valve.

摘要: In a hydraulic drive system of a work machine which drives a plurality of actuators using three or more pumps, for an operation not including traveling, a highly efficient combined operation in a front implement and excellent combined operability of a swing and the front implement are enabled, while for an operation including traveling, a highly efficient traveling operation and a highly efficient combined operation of traveling and the front implement are enabled, and a sufficient operation speed of the front implement is achieved. To this end, each of the flow rates of the first, second, and third pumps (101, 201, 301) can be controlled independently by performing the load sensing control, and in a combined operation for driving a boom (511) and an arm (512), ether one of them is driven by the first pump while the other one is driven by the second pump, and the swing is driven by the third pump. In the traveling operation, the maximum capacity of the first and second pumps is switched to the maximum capacity for the traveling operation and driven by an open center circuit. In a combined operation of traveling and the front implement, the front implement is driven by performing the load sensing control using the third pump.

摘要: There is provided a hydraulic driving device for working machine having operability handling a change in burden weight in a front working device due to a loaded burden and the like when the working machine that accumulates energy in an accumulator and recovers and regenerates the energy performs an operation of lowering the front working device. A hydraulic driving device 5 includes a main pump 101, a boom cylinder 3, a tank 20, a flow rate control valve 6, an accumulator 300, a first differential pressure control valve 201, and a second differential pressure control valve 202. The first differential pressure control valve 201 is located between the boom cylinder 3 and the accumulator 300. The first differential pressure control valve 201 performs control on discharge oil from the boom cylinder 3 such that a differential pressure between before and after the flow rate control valve 6 becomes a target differential pressure. The second differential pressure control valve 202 is located between the accumulator 300 and the tank 20. The second differential pressure control valve 202 performs control on the discharge oil such that a differential pressure between an upstream pressure and a downstream pressure of the flow rate control valve 6 and the first differential pressure control valve 201 becomes the target differential pressure. The first and the second differential pressure control valves 201 and 202 are configured such that the target differential pressure increases according to an increase in pressure of the discharge oil.

摘要: Provided is a hydraulic drive system for a work machine configured with a single solenoid proportional valve for a regeneration circuit, wherein substantially the same actuator speed can be secured irrespective of whether or not hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is regenerated for driving of another hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic drive system includes: a regeneration line that connects a bottom-side hydraulic chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 4 to a portion between a hydraulic pump device 50 and a second hydraulic actuator 8, and a regeneration flow rate adjustment device that supplies, at an adjusted flow rate, at least part of the discharged hydraulic fluid to a portion between the hydraulic pump device 50 and the second hydraulic actuator; a discharge flow rate adjustment device that discharges, at an adjusted flow rate, the discharged hydraulic fluid to a tank; one electric drive device 22 that simultaneously controls the regeneration flow rate adjustment device and the discharge flow rate adjustment device; and a control unit 27 that outputs a control command to the electric drive device in such a manner that falling speed of a first driven body does not vary significantly, irrespective of the magnitude of the regeneration flow rate caused by the regeneration flow rate adjustment device.
