摘要: A check cover assembly for a backflow prevention (BFP) assembly including a dome-shaped base with an upstanding shroud, wherein the shroud forms an inner area configured to receive a test cock to support and protect the test cock. The shroud forms a gap for accessing the test cock to selectively open and close the test cock while installed in the inner area. The base forms a passageway from the inner area into the BFP assembly configured so that when the test cock is open, a pressure reading of a pressure zone in the BFP assembly can be taken via the test cock. A retention fork is in a slit formed in the shroud so that the test cock is captured in the inner area but the test cock can be removed from and inserted into the inner area without rotation when the retention fork is removed from the slit.

摘要: Provide is a steering device capable of absorbing great impact force, a damper applicable to the steering device, and a flow control valve applicable to the damper. The steering device 100 includes a damper 120 between a rack bar 103 and a rack end 106. In the damper 120, an inner chamber 121 is formed at an outer peripheral portion of a socket main body 107, and an integral displacement body 130 is slidably fitted onto the outer peripheral portion. The integral displacement body 130 is, at an inner peripheral portion thereof, formed with a circular ring-shaped flow control valve 140. The flow control valve 140 is provided with a first flow control valve 150. The first flow control valve 150 includes a second flow body 156 that approaches or separates from a first flow body 153. In the second flow body 156, a second flow hole 157 is formed at a position shifted from a first flow hole 154 formed at the first flow body 153, and a second hole diameter restriction portion 158 is formed so as to close the first flow hole 154.

摘要: A gas pressure regulator includes a valve body and a valve cover. The valve cover is covered on the valve body. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, and the valve cavity is connected to an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. The valve cavity includes a primary pressure regulating cavity and a secondary pressure regulating cavity, and the primary pressure regulating cavity and the secondary pressure regulating cavity are communicated with each other through a valve port. The primary pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the air inlet channel, and a valve core pressure regulating assembly is disposed between the primary pressure regulating cavity and the air inlet channel. 摘要: A fuel nozzle metering valve that includes a spool having an inlet port and an outlet flow port, and a retainer assembled to one end of the spool. A valve liner houses a portion of the spool. The spool is configured to move back and forth within the valve liner. The metering valve is biased in a closed position in which the outlet flow port is disposed entirely within the valve liner. The valve is opened when the spool slides within the valve liner such that some portion of the outlet flow port extends beyond an end of the valve liner. The retainer has a stepped portion configured to abut an end of the retainer at a fuel flow pressure below the expected maximum fuel flow pressure to be used in the fuel nozzle metering valve.

摘要: A gas regulator has a base and a blocking mechanism. The base has a transporting passage. The blocking mechanism has a plug, a first elastic unit, an elastic sealing sheet, and a switching unit. The plug is moveably mounted in the transporting passage and forms a gap for gas to pass through the transporting passage. The first elastic unit moves the plug to block an end opening of the transporting passage. The blocking chamber is formed between the elastic sealing sheet and the base. The switching unit is connected to the elastic sealing sheet and moves along with the deformation of the elastic sealing sheet relative to the plug. The switching unit abuts the plug to space the plug apart from the end opening. When the gas pressure is too high, the switching unit moves to allow the plug to move to block the end opening.

The regulator includes a valve element provided with a contact surface to be in contact with the valve seat and a columnar step portion provided on an inner peripheral side of the valve seat protruding from the contact surface toward the valve hole, the step portion having a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the valve hole and being coaxially formed with the valve hole. An annular ridge is formed by an outer peripheral surface of the step portion intersecting an end face of the step portion on the valve-hole side with the annular diameter-decreasing surface to constitute a passage narrowing portion.

摘要: A hydrocarbon dispensation line pressure sensor adapted to work without requirement of a separate closed valve. The system closes the dispensation line upstream via an isolation valve. The pressure can be sensed from the dispensation line through the valve to provide dispensation line pressure. A channel in fluid communication with the dispensation line may be provided to allow pressure measurement apart from the main dispensation line. Further, a method for measuring the pressure drop profile of a dispensation line and various methods to determine the pressure loss due to leaks in dispensation line.
