    摘要: Disclosed is a base assembly for supporting a crane pedestal. The base assembly comprises four base units, each having a first end and a second end, and each base unit being of an L-shape with an outside beveled corner. Fastening devices connect each base unit at their first and second end to respective first and second ends of another of the four base units. The four base units are dimensioned so that, when connected by said fastening devices, they form an octagonal-shaped base structure. The four base units are also dimensioned to support four pads that each rest on a face of each unit adjacent to its beveled corner when the four base units are assembled in the octagonal-shaped base structure. Also disclosed is a method for assembling a base assembly for supporting a crane pedestal and a fastening device for connecting the ends of two units together.

    摘要: Mounting structure to allow a production line made up of movable manufacturing devices to be rearranged quickly, safely, and reliably. The mounting structure according to the present invention includes a fixing structure installed on a floor and a leg portion installed on a bottom plate of the movable manufacturing device. The fixing structure comprises a floor side positioning member and a floor side coupling member while the leg portion comprises a leg side positioning member and a leg side coupling member. The floor side positioning member and the leg side positioning member positions the movable manufacturing device accurately by fitting each other when the device is placed at the specified location of the fixing structure. The floor side coupling member and the leg side coupling member fixes the movable manufacturing device located on the fixing structure by coupling each other.

    摘要: A saddle coupling and saddle base assembly is provided for use with power hand tools. The assembly is mounted atop a variably-adjustable stand for drilling holes or inserting fasteners into concrete ceilings, drywall ceilings or other overhead surfaces. The assembly comprises a saddle base and a saddle coupling that is removably attachable to the saddle base. The saddle coupling is configured to attach a single power hand tool or a plurality of power hand tools to the coupling. A plurality of like-configured saddle couplings can be attached to different power hand tools to allow the user to quickly and easily remove one saddle coupling and power hand tool and replace it for another. A spring-loaded locking feature is included in the assembly as a primary securement means for the assembly. A secondary securement means is also provided in the event of a failure of the primary means.

    摘要: A receiver embedded in and affixed to a foundation, the receiver is adapted to receive a turntable through an opening defined by the floor and walls of the receiver. The turntable is designed to rotate within the opening. The floor of the receiver has holes therein for bolts. The holes are located relative to center of the receiver and the foundation such that a turntable may be affixed to the bolts and rotate within the receiver and foundation. The receiver has a number of flanges both on the walls and on the floor to engage with the foundation. The foundation is created from two pour sections, a first pour for the floor of the foundation and a second pour for the walls of the foundation.

    摘要: A base anchoring structure fixes a base 3 of an apparatus body 2 to a floor F in position. The base is at a lower part of the apparatus body and has casters C to move the apparatus body along the floor. The base anchoring structure includes linear actuators 4 fixed to the base, to downwardly bias, with a uniform pressure provided by air A supplied to the linear actuators, their respective pistons 5 until lower ends of the pistons reach the floor and stopper units (7, 8, 10) to engage with the downwardly pushed pistons and stably maintain the downwardly pushed state of the pistons. The engagement of the stopper units with the pistons stably maintains the anchored state of the base. The plurality of actuator is easily operated only by supplying air thereto.
