摘要: A method for processing pharmaceutical powders, which comprises providing a feeder module including a plurality of feeder units each with a storage hopper, a weighing cell, a conveyer, and a discharge end, connecting the storage hopper to a refilling system with a refilling valve, connecting the refilling valve to a level or weight indicator disposed above the refilling valve, connecting the discharge end to a common receiving container, refilling the storage hopper with a powder intermittently 40 to 80 times per hour, storing data during refilling, transporting powder from the storage hopper with the respective conveyer, and discharging powder from each feeder unit into the common receiving container. During each refilling of the storage hopper, the refilling valve dispenses powder into the storage hopper and, during the step of transporting the powder from the storage hopper, the conveyer is operated according to the data collected during previous refills.

摘要: A system for splitting a fluid includes a source support configured to support a source container of a fluid flow circuit and at least one satellite support, with each satellite support configured to support a different satellite container fluidly connected to the source container. A weight scale is associated with each of the supports. The system also includes a clamp system and a controller. The controller is configured to control each weight scale to measure a combined weight of the container and the contents of the container supported by the support associated with the weight scale. The controller is configured to control the clamp system to selectively allow and prevent fluid flow from the source container to each satellite container based at least in part upon the weights measured by each weight scale. Fluid flow continues until the contents of each container have reached a target volume.

The slot-shaped outlet opening is elastically preloaded into its closed position by a separate clamp made from a flexibly elastic material, which can be applied releasably to the outer circumference of the sealing lips, wherein the legs of the clamp rest on the outside of the sealing lips in the mounted state and are elastically preloaded in the direction in which they are close together and can be moved elastically away from one another as a result of the compressive forces.

A conveying device to convey articles in a trough has a restricting plate to restrict a flow of the articles in the trough and the angle at which the restricting plate faces the articles is variable. With this configuration, there is no need to prepare a plurality of restricting plates that have different shapes and materials or to exchange such a plurality of restricting plates in the same manner as in a conventional device because the conveying amount in the trough can be adjusted merely by varying the angle at which the restricting plate faces the articles.-

摘要: The feed plate and beam stabilizer for a granular material weighing system are components used with granular material weighing systems, such as those used for filling cartridges with gunpowder. The feed plate is a circular plate disposed within a hopper of a granular material trickler. The circular plate is spaced apart from the bottom of the hopper by a plurality of substantially L-shaped members, which are used to impart movement to granular material contained in the granular material trickler when the circular plate is driven to rotate. The beam stabilizer includes a stabilizing wire connected to a lever arm for selectively contacting a beam of a beam balance of a granular material weighing system. The stabilizing wire makes contact with the beam to provide additional dampening to the beam to cease oscillation thereof following discharge of granular material into the weighing pan of the granular material weighing system.

摘要: An apparatus for metering a substance into a target container includes a gripping tool, with which a metering tool can be picked up and released, and a scales. The metering tool is configured as an adhesive body which is wetted by a substance so that a small amount of substance measurable by the scales remains adhering to the metering tool. Once the desired amount of substance has been picked up with the metering tool, the latter, including the substance adhering thereto, is released into the target container. A controller controls the scales and the gripping tool and decides whether the amount of substance picked up by the metering tool is usable or whether more substance should be picked up or whether the metering tool should be discarded and somewhat less substance picked up with a fresh metering tool.

摘要: A method and apparatus for dosing treatment substances into a system for washing and recycling synthetic plastics is provided. The method includes providing a freely supported container operationally connected to a programmable weighing and control unit. The container is overturned by gravity between a treatment substance loading and unloading position. The method further includes storing a reference value of a weight suitable for overturning the container to the unloading position, supplying a treatment substance to the container, detecting the weight thereof, stopping the supply upon reaching a preset weight value, and supplying a washing substance to the container until the reference value is reached. Upon reaching the reference value, gravity overturns the container to the unloading position and sends the treatment substances to synthetics plastic washing modules.
