In addition, the test station assembly includes a pole to connect to the connector such that an electrical conductor extending through the pole and connected to a coupon assembly is configured enter into the inner chamber. Further, the test station assembly includes a face plate to attach to the housing to at least partially cover the opening and an electrically conductive test post to connect to the face plate. Still further, the test station assembly includes a cap to cover the test post outside of the inner chamber. The cap includes an internal passage to receive the test post therein, and an opening into the internal passage to receive a probe of a voltmeter therethrough to contact the test post.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are provided for controlling a fuel delivery system to limit acidic corrosion. An exemplary control system includes a controller, at least one monitor, an output, and a remediation system. The monitor of the control system may collect and analyze data indicative of a corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system. The output of the control system may automatically warn an operator of the fueling station of the corrosive environment so that the operator can take preventative or corrective action. The remediation system of the control system may take at least one corrective action to remediate the corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system. One or more sensors may be employed to signal proper operation of the remediation system.

A width of the sensor portion 11 is set to satisfy Formula (II): w ≥ (32 × tlimit) ... (II), tlimit: maximum corrosion loss to be measured [mm], and w: width of the sensor portion [mm]. The corrosion sensor 1 has excellent precision of corrosion loss measurement.

    摘要: Systems, methods and apparatuses for inspecting a tank containing a flammable fluid are provided. The system includes a vehicle having a propeller, a latch mechanism, a pressure switch, and an inspection device. The system includes a control unit in communication with the propeller, the latch mechanism, and the inspection device, and electrically connected to the pressure switch. The control unit powers on responsive to the pressure switch detecting an ambient pressure greater than a minimum threshold. The control unit receives, from the latch mechanism, an indication of a state of the latch mechanism. The control unit determines that the cable used to lower the vehicle into the tank containing the flammable fluid is detached from the vehicle. The control unit commands the propeller to move the vehicle through the flammable fluid. The control unit determines a quality metric of a portion of the tank.
