摘要: A method for ascertaining the state of health of the vehicle battery of an electric vehicle includes charging the vehicle battery and ascertaining specified battery parameters during the charging process, and calculating the state of health of the vehicle battery using a vehicle-specific battery model on the basis of the transmitted battery parameters. A basic battery model, which is based on the vehicle battery type, in the form of an electric equivalent circuit model is first used as the vehicle-specific battery model, wherein the internal resistance and RC elements are ascertained as a function of the cell temperature and the charge state, an open circuit voltage characteristic is ascertained as a function of the charge state, and the cell temperature is ascertained using a thermal model on the basis of the measured battery pack current, EC parameters, the battery module temperature, and the ambient temperature.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for establishing a trained state of health (SOH) estimation model, the method comprising: acquiring a voltage vs. capacity (QV) data of a training battery at a first SOH within a predetermined voltage range during a charging cycle; obtaining an incremental capacity (IC) data based on at least the acquired QV data; extracting an ICA area and an ICA peak from the IC data; inputting the extracted ICA area and the ICA peak into an ICA database; repeating the acquiring, the obtaining, the extracting, and the inputting processes on the training battery at one or more additional SOHs; and establishing the trained SOH estimation model by training and testing a base SOH estimation model based on at least the ICA database using Support Vector Regression; wherein the trained SOH estimation model is configured to be used by a battery management system to monitor the health of a battery.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for improved determination of state of health (SoH) of a battery of a device can include determining that the device is in a charging state such that a charge of the battery is increased over a charge procedure; determining that a state of charge (SoC) metric of the battery reported by a battery gauge system has increased by a fixed SoC interval; determining a charge time interval over which the SoC metric of the battery has increased by the fixed SoC interval; and determining a SoH metric indicative of the SoH of the battery based at least in part on the charge time interval; wherein determining the SoH metric is based at least in part on a known relationship between a reference time interval representative of time required to increase a reference battery at full SoH by the fixed SoC interval and the charge time interval.

Furthermore, a corresponding computer program, a corresponding machine-readable storage medium and a corresponding computer apparatus are described.

摘要: A battery management system includes a monitoring device and a controller. The monitoring device is arranged in a housing accommodating a battery, monitors the battery and acquires battery monitoring information that includes information indicating a state of the battery. The controller performs wireless communication with the monitoring device and execute a predetermined process based on the battery monitoring information. The controller transmits a request for battery monitoring information to the monitoring device. The monitoring device transmits the battery monitoring information to the controller in response to the request. The controller determines whether missing of the battery monitoring information has occurred based on a correlation between the battery monitoring information acquired from the monitoring device via wireless communication and relationship information held by the controller related to the battery monitoring information.

The controller determines an overall state of charge of the batteries based on the state of charge for open circuit conditions, the state of charge of the batteries for load conditions, and the state of charge for charging conditions.

摘要: A battery state detection device includes a sensor, communicator circuitry, and estimator circuitry. The sensor is configured to measure at least one of a voltage, a current, and a temperature of a rechargeable battery installed to a vehicle. The communicator circuitry is configured to obtain reference information relating to battery state detection from an external device. The estimator circuitry is configured to estimate a state of the rechargeable battery based on a measured value of the sensor. The estimator circuitry is configured to correct at least one of an estimation equation and a parameter based on the reference information.
