摘要: Techniques are discussed herein for analyzing radar data to determine that radar noise from one or more target detections potentially conceals additional objects near the target detection. Determining whether an object may be concealed can be based at least in part on a radar noise level based on a target detection, as well as distributions of radar cross sections and/or doppler data associated with particular object types. For a location near a target detection, a radar system may determine estimated noise levels, and compare the estimated noise levels to radar cross section probabilities associated with object types to determine the likelihood that an object of the object type could be concealed at the location. Based on the analysis, the system may determine a vehicle trajectory or otherwise may control a vehicle based on the likelihood that an object may be concealed at the location.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a second UE via reflection by one or more passive devices, a first reference signal (RS) that is based at least in part on a shared first key that corresponds to a configuration of the one or more passive devices. The first UE may receive, from the second UE via reflection, a second RS that is based at least in part on the first key. The first UE may generate a second key based at least in part on a measurement of the second RS. The first UE may transmit a positioning reference signal that is based at least in part on the second key and that is associated with a measurement of a range between the first UE and the second UE. Numerous other aspects are described.

The position of the RF transponder circuit RTC respective the ultrasound emitter unit UEU is determined based on a time difference ΔT1 between the emission of an ultrasound signal by the ultrasound emitter unit UEU and the detection by the RF detector unit RFD of a corresponding modulation in the RF signal emitted or reflected by the RF transponder circuit (RTC).

摘要: Provided are a tag and a method, performed by the tag, of transmitting a response signal regarding a tag search signal. The method includes: receiving, from at least one of a plurality of slave nodes, the tag search signal including identifying data for identifying the tag; charging an energy storage element inside the tag by using the received tag search signal; obtaining the identifying data for identifying the tag from the received tag search signal; determining whether the obtained identifying data matches identification information pre-stored in the tag; and when the energy storage element is charged to a certain numerical value or above and the obtained identifying data matches the identification information pre-stored in the tag, outputting the response signal regarding the tag search signal.

摘要: A radio frequency energy-harvesting apparatus is applied to a radio frequency energy-transmitting apparatus with a location detection function. The radio frequency energy-harvesting apparatus includes a direct current signal receiving-processing unit, a rectification and harmonic generation unit, and a radar wave receiving-transmitting unit. The rectification and harmonic generation unit is electrically connected to the direct current signal receiving-processing unit. The radar wave receiving-transmitting unit is electrically connected to the rectification and harmonic generation unit. The radio frequency energy-transmitting apparatus transmits a radar wave scanning to a space; after the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit receives the radar wave, according to the radar wave, the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit generates an alternating current signal; the radar wave receiving-transmitting unit transmits the alternating current signal to the rectification and harmonic generation unit; the rectification and harmonic generation unit generates a radar reflection harmonic wave and a direct current signal.

The antenna device receives signals emanating from the transmitter and has a distinguished directional characteristic which relates to a set of spatially different receive sensitivities of the antenna device. The distinguished directional characteristic has a sensitivity minimum associated to a spatial detection region. The data processing device evaluates the signals received from the antenna device with the distinguished directional characteristic, as regards the position of the transmitter relative to the detection region. In addition, a corresponding method is disclosed.

摘要: A system for augmenting 360-degree aspect monostatic radar cross section of an aircraft. The system may comprise a pair of pods mountable on opposing wing tips of an aircraft and each having a pod housing with an elongate body tapering forwardly to a nose and rearwardly to a tail. Each pod may comprise a forward SDL disposed within the nose, a rear SDL disposed within the tail, and a pair of mid-body SDLs disposed within a mid-section of the pod housing. The SDLs may be arranged within the pods to reflect radiation and provide coverage around the aircraft over a region of about 360 azimuth degrees. Each SDL may comprise radar absorbing material located on an interior reflective surface, and portions of the elongate bodies may be constructed of radome material. The SDLs may be Luneburg lens having diameters of at least approximately 8-inches.

摘要: A reflector apparatus is provided. A further aspect employs at least one antenna or radar operably emitting signals, and a moving object-mounted reflector which operably reflects at least some of the signals back to the at least one antenna or radar, the reflector including trihedral walls with metallic reflective surfaces. In another aspect, a programmable controller in an automotive vehicle determines a moving object-characteristic based on at least reflected signals received by a horn antenna using a Doppler or micro-Doppler effect. Still another aspect includes a trihedral reflector which moves with a movable object including handlebars, a straddled user seat and being one of: a bicycle, a motorcycle, or an all-terrain vehicle. A further aspect includes multiple spaced apart trihedral reflectors attached to a user-wearable, flexible and nonconductive substrate.
