摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a preparation method of high refractive index ink and a display panel. The method for preparing high refractive index ink, comprising: providing a nano-metal oxide dispersion; performing ozone treatment on the nano-metal oxide dispersion to obtain the ozone treated nano-metal oxide dispersion; mixing the ozone-treated nano-metal oxide dispersion with a plurality of preset solutions according to a predetermined weight ratio to form a mixed solution; performing ball milling treatment on the mixed solution to obtain the ball-milled mixed solution; and heating the ball-milled mixed solution to obtain the high refractive index ink. According to the present disclosure, the nano-metal oxide dispersion is subjected to ozone and ball milling treatment, thereby improving the dispersibility of the nano-metal oxide particles in the high refractive index ink.

摘要: A multilayer polymer thin film includes an anti-reflective coating directly overlying a reflective polarizer stack. The reflective polarizer stack includes alternating first and second polymer layers, where the first layers include an isotropic polymer thin film and the second layers include an anisotropic polymer thin film. The anti-reflective coating (ARC) includes alternating third and fourth layers, where the third layers include an isotropic polymer thin film or an anisotropic polymer thin film and the fourth layers include an isotropic polymer thin film. The multilayer polymer thin film may be formed by co-extrusion where the reflective polarizer stack and the anti-reflective coating are formed simultaneously.

摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-reflection film laminate which is for manufacturing an anti-reflection film having low surface reflectance and good anti-reflection properties, as well as excellent thermoformability and scratch resistance. The aforementioned problem is resolved by the following anti-reflection film laminate. This anti-reflection film laminate comprises: a first laminate having a base film that has a release surface, and an optical interference layer laminated on the release surface; and a second laminate having a substrate layer that contains a thermoplastic resin, and an uncured hardcoat layer that is laminated on one surface of the substrate layer and comprises a curable hardcoat composition. The first and second laminate bodies are pressure bonded such that the optical interference layer of the first laminate and the uncured hardcoat layer of the second laminate are in contact with each other.

摘要: Stretchable and compliant interference coatings for flexible optics and optoelectronic devices comprise polymeric optical thin films prepared by initiated chemical vapor deposition (iCVD) forming uniform, multilayered thin film coatings on temperature sensitive substrates at low temperature with precise thickness control. A model two-layer coating of poly(1H,1H,6H,6H-perfluorohexyl diacrylate) (pPFHDA) with a refractive index at 633 nm of n633=1.426 deposited onto poly(4-vinylpyridine) (p4VP, n633˜1.587) gives broadband performance over the visible wavelength range (400 nm to 750 nm) of a transparent, flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) substrate (n633˜1.51), reducing the front-surface reflectance from ˜4% to ˜2%, with superior mechanical compliance over conventional inorganic coatings (MgF2, SiO2, and Al2O3). Like interference coatings or three or more layers can be fabricated, where the materials and thicknesses of the layers can differ.
