摘要: The anamorphic objective lens systems (100LS) and methods for forming a set of anamorphic objective lens assemblies (100(i)) having different focal lengths (FLY) and that utilize a front anamorphic section (20) and a set of two or more non-anamorphic sections (50(i)). The non-anamorphic sections are optically matched to the front anamorphic section and their front ends (52) are configured to be easily attached to and detached from the back end (24) of the front anamorphic section to create the anamorphic objective lens assemblies having the different focal lengths. Because the anamorphic objective lens system uses only a single front anamorphic section and multiple non-anamorphic attachments, the cost of having multiple anamorphic objective lens assemblies is substantially reduced as compared to using individual anamorphic objective lenses for each of the desired focal lengths.

摘要: The present invention has an object of providing a display that makes uniform brightnesses of a display image in a plane of a display panel according to a position of an observer. The display includes a display panel, a surface light source panel that emits light toward a back surface of the display panel, a sensor that senses a position of an observer with respect to the display panel, and a controller, wherein a brightness can be adjusted for each of areas of the surface light source panel, and the controller adjusts respective brightnesses of the areas of the surface light source panel so that brightnesses of a display image in a plane of the display panel are made uniform, when the display panel is observed from the position of the observer sensed by the sensor.

摘要: A Kepler-type erect image viewfinder includes a first prism having an emergent surface being formed of a spherical or an aspherical surface and having a positive power. A second prism has an incident surface being formed of a spherical or aspherical surface and also having a positive power. The emergent surface of the first prism is spaced apart from the incident surface of the second prism, with an image-forming plane being positioned closer to the incident surface of the second prism than the emergent surface of the first prism. This arrangement enhances image magnification and compensates for field curvature, while simultaneously allowing for the viewfinder to have a reduced overall length.

摘要: A lens system for forming an image of light incident from an object side on an imaging element arranged on an image surface side includes: a plurality of lens elements including free-curved surface lenses; and a diaphragm arranged between the plurality of lens elements. The lens elements form a front group arranged on the object side of the diaphragm, and a rear group arranged on the image surface side of the diaphragm. A first lens element closest to the object side in the plurality of lens elements has an aspherical surface that is rotationally symmetrical. The free-curved surface lenses each has a free-curved surface that is asymmetrical with respect to a first direction and a second direction crossing with each other. A free-curved surface lens satisfying a conditional expression “D×(SV−SH)/IH>0.08” is arranged on the rear group in the plurality of lens elements.
