    摘要: An inductor component comprises a ring-shaped core; and a coil wound around the core and comprising wire members each constituting a single turn. Each of the wire members has a first side portion facing an inner peripheral surface of the core, a second side portion facing a first end surface that is one end surface of the core and is located in a direction of a center axis of the core, a third side portion facing an outer peripheral surface of the core, and a fourth side portion facing a second end surface that is the other end surface of the core and is located in the direction of the center axis of the core. At least one of the second and third side portions has a bent portion protruding on the core side, and the first and fourth side portions of adjacent wire members are connected.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device and a method for winding toroidal cores, which can be guided in a toroidal core retaining element, with a wire comprising multiple wire sections without using a magazine. The device additionally comprises: a substantially circular needle roller which is arranged on a winding plane substantially parallel to the wire, is rotatably mounted, and can be positioned relative to the toroidal core retaining element such that the needle roller winds a wire section located on the winding plane through and about a toroidal core which is guided in the toroidal core retaining element during operation. The needle roller additionally comprises a deflecting roller, which is rotatably mounted on the needle roller in a first recess on the winding plane and which is designed to wind the wire section located on the winding plane through and about the toroidal core during operation, and a baffle plate, which is arranged on the needle roller in a second recess on the winding plane adjacently to the first recess and which is designed to guide the wire to be wound between the winding plane and a storing plane arranged substantially parallel to the winding plane via a guide groove during operation. The device additionally comprises multiple storing elements which are arranged on the storing plane, which are mounted in a stationary and rotatable manner, and which are designed to store wire sections located on the storing plane.

    摘要: An isolation transformer includes a transformer core. First and second through-bores extend through the transformer core from a first surface to a second surface. Each through-bore has an elongated profile with at least a portion of the elongated profile providing a respective flat winding surface. The flat winding surfaces are spaced apart by a central portion of the transformer core. The transformer is wound with a six-wire cable having a central non-conductive core. First, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth conductive wires are positioned around and adjacent to the central non-conductive core in a substantially equally spaced angular relationship. The second conductive wire is positioned between the first conductive wire and the third conductive wire; and the fifth conductive wire is positioned between the fourth conductive wire and the sixth conductive wire. The conductive wires are twisted about the central non-conductive core at a selected twist density.

    摘要: A novel winding method is described herein which eliminates the circulating currents for wound transformers. A first layer of a wire is wound about the core at a first set of angles. Next, a loop is pulled to form slack in the wire and the wire is continued to be wound at a second set of angles. The loop provides sufficient slack for the cutting and connecting described further below. The winding and loop pulling continues for s sequences to achieve the desired winding. The wire is then cut at each loop.

    摘要: A current transformer includes first and second bobbins, and a secondary winding. The first bobbin includes a first tube defining a first longitudinal axis. First and second flanges are disposed on first and second ends of the first tube. The first tube, the first and second flanges collectively define a first slit along the first longitudinal axis. The first slit allows receipt of a primary conductor into the first tube. The second bobbin includes a second tube rotatably received about the first tube. The second tube defines a second slit along the second longitudinal axis. The second slit allows receipt of the primary conductor into the first and second tubes. The secondary winding is wound about the first bobbin and extends along the first longitudinal axis, passing through the first tube and over the first and second flanges.
