    摘要: Since the magnetic sheet is adopted as the coil component, magnetic saturation is likely to occur in the magnetic sheet, and it is considered that the DC superimposition characteristic of the coil component is deteriorated. However, since the inner edge of the coil structure backs down with respect to the inner edge of the magnetic sheet so that the magnetic flux generated in the coil easily circulates, the deterioration of the DC superimposition characteristics due to the adoption of the magnetic sheet is suppressed.

The first coil includes a first section extending in a first direction, a second section extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a third section positioned between the first and second sections. Gaps between the first, second, and third sections of the first coil and the second coil as viewed in a coil axis direction have a first width, a second width, and a third width, respectively.     摘要: A coil component includes an insulating layer; an annular ring-shaped coil core embedded in the insulating layer; a coil electrode wound around the coil core; an input electrode designed for external connection, disposed on a lower surface of the insulating layer, and connected to a first end of the coil electrode; and an output electrode designed for external connection, disposed on the lower surface of the insulating layer, and connected to a second end of the coil electrode. One of the input electrode and the output electrode is disposed inside the coil core in a plan view. With this configuration, unlike a conventional coil component in which both input and output electrodes are disposed outside a coil core, it is possible not only to easily reduce the area of the coil component in a plan view, but also to improve heat dissipation characteristics of the coil component.

    摘要: A transformer includes a bobbin. The bobbin includes a main body, a connection member, and a terminal base. The main body is wound by a coil. Two sides of the connection member are respectively connected to the main body and the terminal base. A plurality of connection terminals of the coil extend to the terminal base through a wire trough of the main body and are connected to pins of the terminal base. The connection member is cut off by automated machining, and the terminal base is mounted on a surface of a housing of the transformer, and no pin is disposed on the housing. Hence, the overall size of the transformer is effectively reduced.

    摘要: A thin resonant transformer includes a wire bobbin having a spool, an inner winding wound around the spool, a magnetic plate mounted in the wire bobbin, an outer winding wound in the wire bobbin and encompassing the inner winding and the magnetic plate, and two symmetric magnetic cores mounted on the wire bobbin. The wire bobbin has a top provided with a top plate and a bottom provided with a bottom plate. The magnetic plate is arranged between the inner winding and the outer winding. The inner winding, the outer winding, and the two magnetic cores generate a first magnetic circuit. The magnetic plate, the inner winding, and the outer winding generate a second magnetic circuit.

    摘要: In a coil forming device, an edge line in an escape region is formed so that a clearance between the edge line in the escape region and a recess portion in an axis direction is larger than a minimum clearance between the edge line in an inclined region and the recess portion in the axis direction. When a second die is rotated relative to a first die in the clockwise direction the flat-square conductive material end is bent in flatwise bending by the recess portion and the inclined region of a protrusion portion, and then, the flat-square conductive material end reaches the escape region.
