摘要: A light emitting apparatus includes a light source, a unitary formed heat sink with a plurality of heat dissipating fins, a lensed enclosure that retains a light source and at least one power consuming device other than the light source. The lensed enclosure includes a recessed opening having at least a first wall that terminates at a substantially perpendicular second wall. The plurality of heat dissipating fins are disposed on at least one adjacent exterior side of the walled enclosure, the fins extending outwardly. At least one fin coupled to the heat sink extends beyond the light source, and the heat generated by the light source travels by conduction laterally through the heat sink to the at least one coupled fin.

The line arrangement additionally has a passive heat dissipator which runs at least in some sections along the longitudinal axis and which has at least one heat-absorbing surface portion and at least one heat-emitting surface portion thermally connected to the heat-absorbing surface portion. The heat-absorbing surface portion is brought towards the electrical conductor at least to such an extent that the heat-absorbing surface portion forms a thermally operative connection to the electrical conductor in order to dissipate waste heat from the electrical conductor to the heat-emitting surface portion.

摘要: In particular, the invention relates to a system for regulating the temperature of a cable which is laid at least partly in a body of water and on land, said system including: means for collecting water on the land-side such that water can be collected into said means and can be dispensed out of said means; means for controlling a quantity of water such that a quantity of water flowing out of the means for collecting water on the land-side or flowing into said means from the body of water can be controlled; and means for cooling a cable, said means surrounding the cable in the form of a sleeve in at least one section of the means for collecting water on the land-side up to a body of water, wherein a cavity through which the water flows in order to cool the cable is formed between the cable and the means for cooling the cable. The invention additionally relates to the use of a system according to the invention.

摘要: An electrical power distribution module for a vehicle. The electrical power distribution module provided with an upper module and a lower module. The upper module provided with circuit boards for various vehicle components and a temperature control system. The lower module provided with a plurality of isolated busbars, isolated from the surrounding structure. Each isolated busbar is one of a positive busbar, a negative busbar, and a ground busbar. The plurality of isolated busbars are arranged on opposite sides of the lower module and are arranged in an alternating fashion based on polarity. The plurality of isolated busbars are electrically connected to the circuit boards. The plurality of electrical connectors are spaced apart from each other and are configured to provide power and ground connections for the vehicle components. The plurality of isolated busbars are configured to carry different voltages.

In the enclosure, a first heat sink plate and a second heat sink plate are spring biased apart from one another. A maximum spring biasing distance between the first heat sink plate and the second heat sink plate is greater than a distance between the interior side of the front wall and the interior side of the back wall of the housing.

摘要: A wiring box is used for connecting an external wire to a driver circuit and for connecting the driver circuit to a lighting apparatus. The wiring box includes a box container and a foldable top cover. In some embodiments, it is preferable that the lighting apparatus have elongated shapes, like light tubes. The box container has a box opening. The foldable top cover includes a center plate and at least one lateral plate. The center plate is connected to the at least one lateral plate with an axial structure, the lateral plate is folded to align with the center plate in an elongated manner during shipping. The lateral plate is rotated with respect to the center plate along the axial structure to expand and to cover the box opening of the box container.

The light source is coupled to one of the enclosure wall/s and the surface, the opposite side of the heat sink retaining the light source is a side of the apparatus that is mechanically and/or electromechanically coupled to a support structure, at least one adjacent side of the walled enclosure has a plurality of heat dissipating fins, unitarily formed with the heat sink, that extend outwardly beyond the wall's perimeter, at least one fin extends upwardly beyond the light source toward the illuminated space, and at least one through openings enable the flow of free air across at least two fins.
