    摘要: An integrated circuit that selectively filters out common-mode and differential signals is described. This integrated circuit may include an RF receiver with a mixer that converts signals between a band of frequencies in the RF and a second band of frequencies based at least in part on second signals, where the second band of frequencies is less than the band of frequencies. Moreover, the mixer may include input ports that receive the second signals and include a filter circuit, electrically coupled in parallel with the input ports, that filters out the common-mode signals above a threshold frequency and filters out the differential signals below the threshold frequency. For example, the filter circuit may include a half-wavelength transmission line. Note that the mixer may convert the differential signals to the common-mode signals below the threshold frequency and may convert the common-mode signals to the differential signals above the threshold frequency.

The configurable resistor network enables the receiver to operate in the first mode in a first configuration, and the second mode in a second configuration. The semiconductor device includes a mixer circuit including a digital-analog converter circuit, a control circuit for controlling the digital-analog converter circuit, a power source control switch, and a plurality of Gilbert circuits. The plurality of Gilbert circuits each include an analog potential holding circuit for holding an analog potential output from the digital-analog converter circuit. The control circuit has a function of outputting a signal for controlling the analog potential holding circuit and the digital-analog converter circuit. The power source control switch has a function of stopping supply of a power source voltage to the control circuit in a period during which the analog potential held in the analog potential holding circuit is not updated. The analog potential holding circuit includes a first transistor. The first transistor includes a semiconductor layer including an oxide semiconductor in a channel formation region.

    摘要: A travelling wave mixer (TWM) is provided that includes an input artificial transmission line configured to transmit an input signal, an output artificial transmission line configured to transmit an output signal, a local oscillator (LO) artificial transmission line configured to transmit an LO signal, and a plurality of mixer stages connected in parallel between the output artificial transmission and the input artificial transmission line. Each of the mixer stages includes an input amplifier, a mixer and an output amplifier connected in series between the input artificial transmission line and the output artificial transmission line, where an input of the mixer receives an output of the input amplifier, and an output of the mixer is applied to an input of the output amplifier. Further, each of the mixer stages includes a phase-adjustable LO amplifier circuit connected between the LO artificial transmission line and an LO input of the mixer, where the phase-adjustable LO amplifier is configured to adjust an LO signal phase applied to the LO input of each mixer to null out a phase error in each mixer stage independently.
